L’emplacement , l’eau chaude de la douche , le personnel, la proximité a pied du terminal 3 , nos valises on étaient gardées jusqu’a 16 h car notre vol était tard , se qui nous a permis d’aller balader

Stay away if you can

The payment is only cash. The collector did not have a change so he has got a rounding up as a tip. He showed up after a day, 11 pm, late, even if it was his own terms. After all he complained that we used the towels and chatted, quote “this is not your country, sir”, so, I presume, he was somebody important here. Hidden threat and bullying was what was left, bad taste.

Stressful check in.

Location.

This property should inform very clearly that they only accept cash payment. I was shocked when the man who I was talking on the phone came to me and informed me that I needed to pay in cash. I asked if I can get a receipt in case my credit card connected to my Booking.com app gets charged, he told me then that he cannot give me any receipt. So, it was just like giving 4000php to a stranger without any receipt! Knowing that there are many scammers in Manila, I had to call booking.com customer service to double check this. Calling customer service and speaking to a customer representative took me an hour! So much stress and hassle! Another things is that the heated water in the shower is not functioning, the extra bed has no available linen. Will definitely not stay here again. Lots of other apartments available in the area for the same price.

Very near Runway Manila which is located near Belmont. Good for staying if you're from the province and have a flight. Accessible to fastfoods too!! Mark & Lei are really helpful and attending.

I hope soon they will have a card payment option too.

Perfect for a short stay before or after the flight

We stayed only one night before a flight the following morning. Room exactly as described, photos accurate. Clean and smelt lovely on arrival. Plenty of room for 3 friends sharing. Mark was fantastic and so helpful and welcoming. The concierge team were also very friendly and welcoming. The water fountain in the room was fantastic, much appreciated! Air con worked fantastically. TV appeared to be working well on arrival, the host had some music playing for arrival which was a lovely touch. We didn’t use it after this though so can’t comment from then on! WiFi was fantastic signal and decent speed, especially for the Philippines! We didn’t use the pool facilitates, but they looked clean.

The fold out bed for the 3rd person wasn’t very comfortable, but it was good for one night before a flight!

Comfortable and accessible to all.

No water heater. I am expecting there is as me and my son is not used to take a bath without water heater. Also, there was no tissue in the bathroom toilet. In addition, the aircon is not enough.

Great location. A quick taxi ride from airport. Hot water showers and AC provided. Comfy beds

Location has a lot eating places you can walk to. Lots to do around facilities. There is no airport shuttle provided to and from property. But can easily take cab to and from airport for P150-200. To terminal 3 or 4.

It would have been nice to have a provided shuttle for guests.

Excellent location for airport

Proximity to NAIA - literally across the bridge in 5 mins. As well as restaurants and many other establishments. Washing machine (buy your own washing powder). Balcony overlooking pool. No need to handle a key as front door is keyless. Caretaker Mark is a sweet guy and helpful in any way possible.

Tinny audio from TV. TV did not pick up Flash-drive. The shower will not fit a larger built person - forget it! Taps are loose off basin. Washing machine was a bonus but would’ve made a lot more sense if there was an added dryer , as currently it’s a case of hanging clothes to dry in a slim wardrobe. Balcony door does not fully close. Privacy whilst indoors may be compromised unless blinds are entirely drawn as building stands directly facing another tower.

its a 5minutes walk to terminal3, clean and quiet place. there is drinking water in the apartement which is amazing. A/C, fans, tv, rice cooker, water cooker, everything you would need. good water pressure and hot shower.

sadly our check-in experience wasnt good at all. i told them before that i had no service and couldnt contact them without wifi. they knew what time i would arrive and told me someone would be there to let me in and that the security guys would help me to reach them of he wasnt. in the end we waited for almost an hour because he went to church and turned off his phone. could have just left the doorkey for us. i managed to get a stranger to share their data with me so i could reach the owner over booking.com to get the doorkey. quite annoying to be honest. dont forget to bring the payment (incl. tax) in cash!! little sidenote: if youre big you wont be able to get into the shower, because the shower door opens to the inside :)

EXCELLENT STOP OVER FOR T3 MANILA AIRPORT

Excellent location via bridge to T3 Manila Airport with a lovely shopping mall 5 mins away. Plenty of restaurants. Also in a secure gated site. Mark was excellent again as stayed there 2 weeks ago.

The person that managed the entry into the unit stated that the rental was only for 12 hours and we needed to vacate at 8:00am the next morning. I told him that the rental was from 12:00pm - 12:00pm the following day. He persisted and informed him that Booking.com would more than likely not appreciate his breaching of the contract policy agreement. His actions were not appreciated.
