Situated in Saint George Island, this attractive condo for $150 per night is a great option for your next trip. In 1957 my great-grandmother became one of five permanent residents on St. George Island. This place has been a part of our family ever since. Whether it's your first trip or you've been coming for years, I invite you to stay at Little Tradition and experience the quiet beauty of SGI. Maybe you'll make it part of your history too. Here are the details: Cute and colorful, ground level, dog friendly apartment in a tranquil setting. Dock and fenced yard. Queen size bed and twin size sleeper love seat. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, large shower. Charcoal park grill outdoors. Good for a couple, but the quiet, canal location also makes it ideal for a solo traveler wanting to fish or just recharge. The beach is an easy 1/2 mile walk away. Kayaks are available and included in the fee. Several island businesses have golf carts and bikes to rent for a fun, leisurely way to get to the beach or restaurants. I hope you enjoy this little piece of paradise! *** My family and I no longer live upstairs but may be there visiting. Otherwise, no one should be there. If you need space for a larger group ask about renting the upstairs (sleeps 6).

This was an excellent place for my friend and me to spend a quiet Thanksgiving week! Great location and the property was just as listed. We appreciated that it was very clean overall. We especially liked that the kitchen isn't cluttered with past guests' leftovers and old packets of condiments, etc; and the bathroom doesn’t have a bunch of old, half-used soaps and shampoos, etc. It was very nice to have hotel-style toiletries and kitchen items. Both beds were comfortable and linens are nice. We would stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here on St.George. Little Tradition was the perfect place for me and my husband. The neighborhood was very quiet and the view was great. My husband mostly stayed at the covered dock and fished. The beach was a close walk and the bike/walking trail was an added bonus.

We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful quiet location! Only improvement suggestion from me would be some kind of latch on the bathroom barndoor. Especially if you bring your dog and but want to be alone in the bathroom ! 😂

We loved the laid back location and decor. The dock was great. We caught a red fish and a stingray, in addition to catfish.

We absolutely loved it! Secluded. Exactly what we saw online. Peaceful. They had everything we needed and more. Friendly neighbors. Friendly area. Kayaks were perfect! Grill worked great! We will def be going back!

Everything was a described and what can't be described is the peace and beauty of the place. Host was so communicative and 💯 we would love to return here. To help the next person, if you plan on doing any cooking you'll need to bring anything not dish related- so bring salt and paper, coffee filters etc. If you forget anything, not to worry, the Piggly Wiggly down the road has everything you need.

The place was clean and comfortable. It's a very short walk to the beach. Kayaks (and life jackets) are provided which was a bonus. I really enjoyed visiting the state park at the end of the island. Very quiet beach and some nice hikes.

We cannot think of anything that we did not like about this property! It was exactly like it was described; very clean and tidy; the owner thought of everything a person would need to enjoy a home away from home! It had beautiful decor! We loved the quiet location but close enough to hop in car to go to the beach or restaurants. The management was prompt to response to us which made it very helpful. St. George is a gem!! Would definitely return and book this home again! 💕

Cute, cute place. Very relaxing and clean. My favorite things were sitting on the dock and kayaking with my dog. There are two things you may want to know. We could not find any ice. There is not an ice maker in the freezer and no ice cube trays. Also, bring water shoes. The ladder at the dock has shells on the third rung, making it hard to use the ladder.

St.george island is not exactly known for it's night life. It is an easy ,quiet place. You are sharing your rental with another rental upstairs....owners are not around although they are quick to respond to your texts. You might want a fishing license, the dock is real tempting. ..this unit is very clean, and has a full frig, stove, and dishwasher...and washer and dryer. ..very well appointed kitchen with all the essentials. We will be back. It is not far from the beach, and park.

Loved the property! We sat on the dock, kayaked, walked to the beach, biked to restaurants and bars...my husband and I had such a great time. Also, there was a great side yard for our dog! Perfect spot for us!

We had the best weekend at the Canal Front Apartment! Ashley’s place has everything you need for a relaxing and peaceful stay, while close to whatever you’d like to venture out to. The beautiful sunsets are a bonus!!

We had an awesome stay. Quiet and peaceful. Amenities were great. Outdoor grill was useful but you might want to bring your own if allowed. I'm just used to my own. Well worth the money. Will definitely be back. Upstairs neighbors were very nice.

This is an awesome place to stay. Just right for 2 people and a pup. Love the dock for fishing, putting in the kayak (some come with the property) or just drinking coffee and enjoying the peace . This is our 2nd time to come and we hope to be able to come again. Overall we just love this awesome little place.

This place was perfect for our stay on St. George Island to come visit our son, for my husband and I. We were able to fish, relax on the boat dock, go to the beach, enjoy eating out while visiting with our son everyday during our stay ! We will definitely stay here on our next visit to the island.

We had a fantastic time in St. George Island and our rental home was perfect for the two of us. The location was close to beaches and restaurants but afforded us the privacy of our own backyard. The Dock was great for light fishing and offered much wildlife to enjoy. The house was well designed to maximize space and the bed was super comfy. We met many friendly folks that make St. George a yearly destination and we totally get that. Our added bonus was finding the perfect place for our return stay!
