A laundry facility is available in Prince Kuhio complex, located next to the facilities manager’s office on the first floor near the front parking lot. The facilities manager is not an individual unit's property manager, however, he can be very helpful in a pinch during the eight-hour day when he is on site. Ample parking is usually available at the resort. There’s parking in the complex’s front parking lot, on the first floor of the adjacent parking garage, and along the roadside. If parking in the garage, please obtain a card from the site managers’s office and sign up even after hours when the office is often unlocked. If locked, sign up in the morning. The owner of this unit lives on-island about an hour away so assistance is always readily available.
