Great apartment for a group. Lots of walking with this place though.

Disappointing

Very close to the ski lift. We got help with ski rental and printing ski passes.

The apartment was dirty on arrival. We were expected to pay for cleaning although that was not included in the description of our reservation. No duvet covers, only sheets. No facilities for storing skis and drying boots.

Dear Ski friends, ***SCAM ALERT*** I recommend from my heart to skip this host apartment as they are rude people who tried to scam us. We traveled as 6 people on ski vacation as we arrived to check-in for an apartment, took keys and went to it , and found out that it's not what was in the pictures. Totally different with fewer rooms and beds! When we return to ask them if it's not what we ordered they say that it's the order and we don't have any bigger rooms than that. We showed them a screenshot of the Booking on the order that was made and they went silent and gave us another room as an “apology”. (so 3 people in each room). Not to mention that you get 1 towel and no replacements , Wifi is non-existing (speed) . Bed sheets were hidden away. You needed to find it . And the most greedy thing here is the host want to give us Fine of 50 euro for leaving apartment not clean while we cleaned everything with vacuum and throw away garbage Left the apartment close as we received it . Only pro about this apartment is the view from the window. So if you decide to stay there 1. Screenshot all the booking order you made online so you can provide evidence 2. Go to cleaning school and get a degree in house houlding cause the standards of the host are ridiculous. 3. Avoid this host.

Excellent value for money, exceeded our expectations

Amazing locations right in the middle of everything, bars, restaurants and most importantly literally across the road from ski lifts. Apartment was very clean and felt brand new on arrival (we stayed in deluxe appt for 6). Very spacious and enough cooking stuff etc for the week. Hosts were very accommodating and even printed our lift passes for us in their office to save us the following day.

The noise is to be expected being so close to everything but it didn't affect us too much. Well worth it to be so central. Shame about cleaning fee on departure, would like to think this is included when booking.

We’d definitely be back!

Pas de la casa is indeed very small, however the apartment is located just 3 min walking from ski lifts which is GREAT! The apartment was spacious for 5 people and very comfy. The staff at check in was also brilliant! Diego helped us figure out ski passes and ski equipment.

Nice apartment, decent location, I would stay here again.

Short walk to slopes. Decent beds and facilities. Clean. Agency helpful.

Only one set of keys. Had to take laundry to agency whilst carrying all luggage, skis and boards, but it wasn't the end of the world tbh.

Very good

very close to the ski lifts, close to nightlife and supermarkets, very cosy and well stocked apartment. Large comfortable beds and living area, ideal for a group.

we booked for a group of 9 split across two apartments. when we checked in we were informed that our apartments were in two separate buildings in the town. they were relatively close but it was disappointing that we were not based in the same building and that this was not made clear from the beginning.

The only disappointing part of our stay was the low standard of Customer care.

location, compact, practical, clean

Having to make up beds on Arrival ( 12 midnight) and stripping beds ( 3 am ) and having to drag bags of laundry to office at 3 am. This is NOT a customer oriented service. considering price of accommodation I feel this is a very mean service and very disappointing.

Not what i expected.

We collected our keys, had trouble finding the property and was given the wrong code so couldnt get into the property. Then on departure we had to carry all the bedding and sheets across town as they do no cleaning unless you pay 50 euros.

Very good

Location was great, right next to the piste and plenty of restaurants and bars. The apartments were great value for money. They were clean upon arrival and picking up and dropping off keys was very easy.

However rooms were much smaller than in example photos and they had fewer beds than advertised. Also they were not stocked upon arrival (no bedsheets, 2 duvets for 3 beds, no washing machine, no toilet paper, no cleaning materials, etc). Due to language barriers it wasn't easy to resolve this with the staff.

it was very close to the slopes

staff were initially a bit rude and abrupt with us and our group was spread out over 3 apartments that were all a 5-10 minuet walk away which was not specified and we really disliked being split up for our trip. Also one of the apartments was right next to the main club/ bar and so was very noisy until 5am and the windows did nothing to dissipate the noise. The beds were super squeaky adding to the noise, the heating was constantly on full blast and couldn’t be turned down so windows would need to be open and finally no duvets were provide just thin uncomfortable top sheets.

Very disappointed, was not good value for money would not stay again

The location was amazing so close to the lifts

Apartment was dirty and smelt bad. We had to pay a €200 deposit and money would come out of the deposit for smoking or damage, however there was an ash tray in the apartment (which I think is where the smell came from). We had to make the beds ourself and drop of sheets and towels to reception which was other side of town. The sheets were not very clean and I found several hairs around the apartment. We booked with Altissim as that’s who our friends booked with and we wanted to be close to our friends however their apartments were situated all over Pas De La Casa. Our apartment was situated by Burger King which is also near many bars and nightclubs which meant it was very loud at night so we didn’t get much sleep, this wasn’t helped by the bed and pillows being very uncomfortable.

Good cheap stay, perfect perfect location!

location for ski lifts was perfect, price was cheap compared to other locations close by. (you get what you pay for).

Bed was solid and pillows uncomfortable. Missing basic essentials like tea towel to dry plate and cups after cleaning, only given two toilet rolls for a 8 nights stay for 3, missing hair dryer. (Able to make do but would have been nice) If expected to clean property after stay selection of quality cleaning products would be better.
