We stayed one night at the hotel, three friends. I must mention that the room was clean and tidy, nothing was missing at the kitchenette, dishes, stove, fridger, microwave, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine, everything as was written in the booking. But a few things were not thoughtful. First of all, we were three friends and there were only two bath towels and two blankets. We got along, but in my opinion it should not have happened that it was ordered for three people. Secondly, after we took keys and the instructions from the mailbox, we could not find the entrance to block E for a long time, since the instructions were written only for the car . And we arrived on foot with our backpacks. After we circled around the streets for half an hour, we accidentally discovered that it was possible to get from block A to block E through the underground car parking and for this it was necessary to make several transitions in elevators. In my opinion, this is a whole quest to find apartments without a car.

Check in took 40 minutes overall. They asked ids from all guests twice, first collected, copied all info, gave back, and then for some reason did it again. Apart from that, a deposit of 200 euro was charged at check in. There was no warning about it when I booked.

The location is excellent. Close to everything you ever need including ski tracks and equipment renting. Amazing view and the apartment was really comfy and equip with everything we needed. Fabulous stay.

Some kitchenware was worn out or a bit clean enough, but it was not a big issue for us.

The parking garage is a bit tricky for non-confident drivers, but you could also choose to park on the street.

Do not book this place. You can have a terrible expience and a sleepless night. There is no customer service, once you arrive late. I booked a 2 bedroom with sofabed in living room, capacity of 5 people room. The reception closes as 19pm, but they left a key in a deposit box. Thats fine, since i could not arrive by 19pm. I picked the key and went to the room, which was a small room without any bedrooms and only a sofa. It was completely different from what I booked, and would not fit our group. I called the 2 telephone numbers, that the hotel gave me, many times, but nobody answered. I messaged and emailed the hotel, many times, and no response. They never replied. I called Booking.com consumer service, which connected to Philippines, and he was helpless. He first said he will solve the problem, and make sure i will get the room that i booked, and get compensation for the trouble caused. Then after several calls with him, he solved nothing, could not connect the hotel, and I was still in this small room with no beds, with my group, and this consumer service cut the phone, by saying, I will come back as soon as the hotel will come back, so have a nice day. Have a nice day? How rude can you be? Of course, the hotel never responded even at 9am the next morning, and the booking.com consumer service never came back to me. As a result we had to sleep on the hard floor, since we could not fit the sofa. Do you want to sleep on the hard floor of the kitchen and corridor. I would strongly tell you, dont book this place.
