The apartment itself was lovely and spacious (3 bed) and the pools were really nice. The complex has a nice cafe also and was just a 10 min walk from a gorgeous beach

The customer experience ended at the apartment and pool being nice. Literally nothing is provided in the apartment. No bin bags, no washing up liquid or cleaning products not even a sponge to wash up pots/glasses with. As a family who regularly uses air bnbs and rental apartments I found this to be really poor for a holiday let costing over 900euro for a weekend. This also created a lot of waste as we ended up buying big packs of basic essentials that wouldn’t be fully used in our stay and would be disposed of after our stay. As we arrived after 10pm there were also no shops open anywhere locally. So we had no access to purchase any of these items until the next morning. On the last day there was nowhere to store luggage so we had to lug that around with us until our later flight. The check out time is also very early for an apartment - we had to ask for an extension which could only be granted the day before checkout. The apartment complex is gorgeous and really well maintained- we would return but using an Airbnb where it’s more common for hosts to leave basic consumables for convenience and to be more eco friendly. The pool cafe closes fairly early and there aren’t many restaurants close by, so not a lively location.

The apartment listing on booking.com is misleading as the photograph is of an entirely different apartment. We assumed we were booking the apartment shown in the picture, which had decor more to our taste.

we go frequently to Salgados apartments. we love it here. I found staying in the apartment for 7 days with no fresh towed or bed linen meant I had to wash and clean myself. Not what you want to do on a holiday! I was I firmed that cleaners only come n after 7 days. That is strange to me given must proline only stay 7 days.

The apartment is very nice - well equipped, well furnished and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it and I would stay here again. Comfortable, clean beds. Good location not far from the beach. Very quiet, good wifi and we had everything we needed (although I was prepared because I had seen from other reviews that there were no dishwasher tabs etc so I brought them with me).

When we arrived we had been sent the code to access the apartment. It didn't work and there was zero response to my calls and emails. After about an hour, we found a man who was on the security desk who helped us. Eventually he was able to contact the company and it transpired they had given us the wrong code. They sent the correct code with an apology but I don't don't know what we would have done if we hadn't encountered that very helpful man. There was no cleaning for the duration of our stay but we didn't really mind as we kept it clean ourselves. There were no hooks to hang towels etc and only 2 hangers in the wardrobe.

Good location, close to the conference centre. Accessible through a side gate. Very nice set up, clean appartement and surrounding area incl pools. Close to the beach and nature area so good for walks.

If you´re looking for restaurants, bars, shopping... then you´re a while away. Taxi or hire car can solve this issue.
