Communication with owner, spacious apartment, great location.

Sometimes noisy in street at night but we knew this before booking.

This spacious and very comfortable apartment is in an excellent location near shops, restaurants and all the action! You can hear the noise from the streets at night as we were on the ground floor but the windows block most of this out. Bedrooms were big, beds were comfy, washing machine was convenient, and the kitchen / dining area was large. Located right next door to a lovely bakery, ATM across the street, and we walked to the beaches (and all the way along to the point). It’s a decent walk but it’s a good way to see everything. Communication with the host was excellent. They left us very generous welcome gifts. I loved staying here and I highly recommend this apartment. Thank you!

Rooftop terrace, we’ll equipped modern kitchen, large lounge, cool and airy feel, SO close to all cafes, bars and restaurants plus beach only 15mins walk.

The ONLY downside is the noise in an evening - not a complaint as it’s hardly the fault of the apartment or the owner - or even the people making the noise, just a consideration really. If noise doesn’t bother you it’s really not an issue , we managed to fashion some pretty effective soundproofing by just placing cushions in between window and wooden shutters in the bedroom and it sorted the problem, even for my other half who is an incredibly light sleeper.

Location, a/c in every room and host Jorge was most accommodating

We were greeted by Jorge, a very nice host. The apartment was great with a very nice roof terrace. We lived in the middle of the old town with a short distance to most everything. Jorge answered all questions quickly, gave good tips and advice and helped us with ordering a boat trip. A place we can absolutely recommend!

Everything was perfect at Henri's. Jorge is a very nice person, and communication was perfect. All our requests were solved quickly, and we haven't anything to complain. The apartment is big enough for 5 people and has more than you will need on your holiday. The location is even better - you will be 100% in the city centre.

Nothing to complain. But, as you're in the city center it is normal to have people/city noise by night. Be aware of that.

Location: close to all shops and restaurants. 10 walk to Praia da Batata.

No outlet close to the mirror in the bathroom (to use the hairdryer).

The location was great! Near many restaurants and walkable to the beach and many other attractions. The apartment is very spacious. We really appreciated the drinks and snacks that Jorge left for us! What a wonderful thing to have a glass of wine after a long day of traveling.

It was a bit noisy at night from the club that is very close and the hotel across the street. But to us it was worth for the central location. We knew about the noise before we booked.
