It was awesome will definitely stay here again. Very private, almost like having your own beach ⛱️

Breakfast was great. People friendly. Very clean nice accommodations.

Private Parking spot want big enough for truck so parked in regular lot.

The apartments desperately need deep cleaning. Under beds, ceiling fan blades, behind furniture, all these areas were very, very dusty and had crumbs from previous guests.

For almost $400. a day we expected much more.

no breakfast provided, there is a coffee pot in the suite

The floors were FILTHY, as soon as you got out of the shower and walked across the floor your feet were dirty, rug in room was dirty, floors need mopping not just sweeping. Phone did not work, TV volume was sporadic, clock did not work, light in bathroom burned out. Parking was difficult when the person in the alley was there with pick up truck, glad we had a small SUV. Swimming pool is tiny as is the deck around the pool, not inviting or appealing. The glasses, flatware, etc in the kitchen were a hodge podge, nothing matched. Once we checked in and were shown our room we never saw another person on staff until we checked out and went to turn the keys in. There was no daily maid service.

Location is excellent, unfortunately very poor upkeep.

Location! Staff.

1. Very rundown - old furniture. Bed had big sag in it. 2. Concern my daughter got bit by bed bugs. 3. Fridge, microwave - broken, not working 4. Kitchen supplies - cheap, old. Old dented pots pans of very cheap quality. Knives were not usable and no can opener or cork screw. 5. Not very clean.

The size and layout of the terrace was nice. The porch was nice. We have stayed at the Desoto for many years. This was first and probably last for the terraces. The hotel is much more our style.

The terraces have no carpet on the floors. They have 2 rugs that were made of hard straw like material that hurt your feet to walk on. I have bad feet so that's a deal breaker for me. There is no bathtub and the shower is extremely small.

loved it. will definitely stay again!

it was beautiful and appeared to be fairly well maintained.

the only negative I would have to give was the 2nd bathroom in terrace 3 needs work. the floors were a little spongy, tiles cracked, the shower head was teeny and even though the pressure was good, the flow was fairly sparse. definitely need some updated, nicer, bigger, shower heads.

The apartment was perfect for our family.

The parking space was difficult to maneuver, entering and leaving, because of a car parked along the side of the next building.

parking was very tight and a pain to get cars in and out. some of the lights either didn’t have lightbulbs or wasn’t plugged in and no where to be plugged in

Close to beachfront. Staff very friendly. Great view of ocean. Very large unit. Easy access to apartment. Very comfort for just hanging around on a cold day.

Carpet in main area needed cleaning.

I would definitely stay again. We had a great time and would recommend this property without hesitation.

We loved the spacious accommodations. it is perfect for a couple and very close to the beach. It is convenient to great food. You have everything you need to prepare your own meals on site if you choose to do so. The staff is great!

I could not find anything significant to dislike.

Good place HORRIBLE parking issue

The location to the beach was great. I like the porch swing. The bed was very comfortable.

The parking was a NIGHTMARE! we stayed in the terrace and the parking issue needs to be fixed. My husband damaged his car because the parking was so tight due to neighbors parking and how tight of a spot it is to get into. you shouldn’t be worried while on vacation about if you leave you may come back and not have a place to park. It was such a bad experience I would not come back unless the parking problem was addressed.

Great vacation and perfect get away

Loved the water view of the ocean and the quietness. My hubby, grandchild and I had a beautiful time there.The place reminded me of my grandmother house in the carribean by the water..Nothing brand new in the place but everything was comfortable.The place was cleaned when we arrived and customer service was great.Also thank you security guard for helping us.we are coming back next year, If God willing.

One of the door knob do need to be adjusted. Parking tight but manageable.

Loved how close it was to the ocean! Unfortunately, hurricane was x causing issues. Thankfully, they let us cancel two of our three nights and gave us a refund. They were very gracious.

How close it was to the ocean.... Lol... only because it was churning so bad from Hurricane Ian.

The location and view were spectacular.

The mattresses could have been better. The double bed felt like I was sleeping in trendelenburg. We actually slept with our head at the foot of the bed and it was much better.

definitely stay here if you do not need an elevator ride

location, location, location

elevator to the terrace second floor is very small and got stuck as there was no listed weight limit. also no air when the door is closed.

It was just ok.

the view of the beach was decieving. I was sent the above pciture that we had an open view of beach. There was actually another building right in front of us. I requested an early check in weeks earlier as I knew I would be arriving at 11 am. They made no effort to try to get our room ready early. They said it would be 4:00 check in and it was.
