Easy check in, host was friendly and welcoming, appartment nice and the room-cleaning service was good. Good space for a family of four. Appartment was quiet and private. There was an outside private terrace, with some access to a daylight but no view (only walls). Metro station only a short walk. Groceries, bakeries and restaurants also within the walking distance. We had a very good experience.

The kitchen has not much space and it is only for a minor cooking and some easy meals. There was a fridge, a microwave, a small hob and a whistling kettle, but no oven, dishwasher, or coffee maker. The sink is rather small, so only a small dishwashing can be done at a time.

The only downside is that there is no lift to get to apartments on the first floor but as our apartment was on the ground floor that wasn’t a problem for us.

The property was amazing. Everything was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Contact went through WhatsApp, which was quick and very easy for me. The apartment was adorable, we had a small “garden” and it was clean. Property was very easy to reach by metro and bus. WE LOVED IT!!!

I had booked a 2 bedrooms apartment and was given an apartment that was not the same as the picture. The living hall was 50% smaller and there was no sofa as shown in the picture. The hall was really small for my family of 3(felt being cheated) The bed linen has stain when asked to change, the staff said it has been washed. He brushed me off by saying he will change the next day, but it didn’t happen. I asked for a bigger apartment, he said all is the same. Really disappointed because that was my last 3 nights in Barcelona out of my 19 days in Spain and hope to have a good comfortable rest before my flight. My first 3 nights stayed in ‘Weflating City Centre’, Eixample was good, though the kitchen is not attached to the room The location wasn’t good too! We had to take taxi to town, moreover taxi was difficult to get in this area.

We stayed at the apartment n.8, which is a really big apartment (it can accommodate 4 people) because there are two separate bedrooms + kitchen & living area.

The apartment was love at the first sight. We had a properly equipped kitchen (which is great, as we love to cook) and the rooms are spacious and well equipped. The location is perfect, shops are easily accessible (everything is within a 50-meter distance), the metro is but 200 meters away. Even though there are two major junctions in the neighborhood, the apartment is silent and is very accomodating with its light-colored stylish furnishing. The wifi connection is dependable. Booking was also very user-friendly and we are especially grateful that we could come earlier (as we have arrived on an early morning flight). The cleaning lady was super helpful, although we tend to keep our apartment tidy, so we have only met but two times, when we have arrived, and when we have left. We have saved the apartment to our favorite list and are sure to come back another time.

We only had two minor issues: one of them being the fridge door which was not closing easily and we were missing the lid of the frying pan. These are but two very minor issues and we had absolutely no trouble in managing them.

Problèms with heat. It was difficult to put the heat and there IS no heat in the kitchen and in the corridor.

Location near metro and buses to city centre is great. Location is in a residential area and has some great cafes for breakfast and mini supermarkets for supplies. The outside terrace was a bonus.

Website should make clear that if parking is required what it costs. The bed covers need replacing as bit worn.

BcnStop Parc Guell was perfect for the family to stay in. Metro close by, bus stop outside, and some places of interest walkable from this location.

The building is wonderful and near to many sightseeing locations, and has modern and updated flats that still hold true to the charm of the city. With a great location just outside of the hubbub of the major tourist destinations nearer the port and the old gothic city, the place is quiet, clean, and thoughtfully appointed. Everything was in perfect order. Beds were very comfortable, air conditioning was a blessing in the summer heat, the shower was great, and the fully equipped kitchen with small fridge was just fine for our needs. We had a interior balcony which was great for having late-night nibbles and conversation, and the staff were amazingly kind and accommodating - they even let me bring my two fur-babies as well! Any questions about the area and the staff would get back with recommendations in record time. Parking is available at the location for a very reasonable fee, so ask when you book. What more could we ask? All in all a brilliant location to spend a week in Barcelona with family (furry and otherwise)! We will be back for sure.
