Beautiful on the inside, great host with everything you need and centrally located but loud.

Host was lovely. The property is very clean and modern.

it’s too bad that it was very loud outside. Loud traffic on street. Only reason I would not stay here again. While it is centrally located, it is right across from a store that is open very late. People seem to hang out in street in front of the property in the evening. They are loud playing loud music from cars late in night and generally loitering and being very loud. That was the biggest downside.

We had a great time in Saint Anne at Locastudio. Its close to the beach and good restaurants.

I am giving this place a great review, because the apartment itself is great, its got all the amenities you need, despite it being on the smaller side. You can tell the owners take pride in this place as it is so well decorated and quite comfy. You are also just a 5 minute walk from the fantastic beach. It was great. This is a great option for a vacation, not if you are traveling and working.

On the negative side. If you plan on cooking, keep in mind that the kitchen is super small, there wasn't enough space for me to really prepare everything all at once. The internet is also an issue. I think the owners need to ensure that they have a decent internet speed for their guests. It was between 1.5mps to 7mps. Lastly, neither this house or Saint-Anne ( in my opinion) are good for digital nomads. There is no desk here and the table is so small you cannot really work comfortably. When the internet was shoddy, there was no cafe anywhere near by that we could go to as a back up and the closest coworking space was 30 mins away and they wanted 100 euros per day. NOPE.

my wife and I had a wonderful stay and a lot of our enjoyment was due to the property and it’s location. the propert ma

the apartment was very comfortable and had all the amenities needed for our stay. location was very close to the beach and every type of market was in walking distance. being near the bus route was a big plus.

Wi-Fi was a little weak and not always dependable. bathroom size was a little tight but easily manageable.

Exceptional

The place was super clean, great location with many restaurants and supermarkets walking distance. The beach was gorgeous! Couldn’t of asked for much more. Host was so nice, her and her husband picked us up from the airport and gave us lots of information about the island. They also drove us to our next destination for a fair fee because at the time we had to leave it was difficult to find a taxi. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and hopefully come back one day!

Exceptional place and host, one of the best I've ever stayed in!

The location was perfect for accessing the beach and every amenity in the town. The rooms were spacious, nicely decorated and everything worked great. As an overall experience, it's one of the best places I've stayed! Anick was truly exceptional as a host, going out of her way to ensure we had everything we could possibly need or want. She even came to the rescue when I got sunburned with some aloe vera plants! She is also an artist and her lovely paintings decorate the apartment. 10/10 without hesitation.

Exceptional

Annick and Leike they have been great because they helped us as the air conditioning got damaged during the first night and they changed it in a very short time (instead of waiting for some spare parts to repair..) . location is very convenient to the centre and the beach , apartment was very clean ! IInternet connection was very good

Would choose again!

Anick is a wonderful host, who goes beyond - you do not speak French, no worries she will use an app for easier communication. And since we came later in the evening she brought us dinner as well. The property is a short walk away from a beautiful beach with lots of shade. You also do not need to buy anything in bulk, since everything is in walking distance- from bakery to grocery shop, pharmacy to restaurants. Would highly recommend as it is clean, great location and a wonderful host.
