Wanted to get away for fall break. The location is great and we could walk to the beach or a few restaurants we love. The house was very clean. Snacks and toiletries that were available were an extra and much appreciated! Views of the bay side and beach side were awesome! We will be back!

Rented the condo for a little get away. Only 2 hours from home but we needed the change of scenery. We are usually unable to leave our home for very long as we are care givers to our elderly parents who are not well. So we packed them up as also for the much needed escape. The condo was clean, modern and decorated beautifully. Beach access is just across the street. The condo was supplied with everything needed and more. The owners even had a welcome basket of snacks and a nice coffee station set up. There were lots of movies and games as well. My husband and I plan to return again sometime when we can stay a little longer. Even despite a few set backs with the elderlie's and some rain we really enjoyed our stay.

Check in was simple, keyless access. Gift basket on counter and essentials in bathroom for us if we forgot something. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay there again. The boat launch next door is convenient and there is a dock with fish cleaning station. Very nice.

Can’t say enough nice things about this rental experience beginning with the communication with the owner starting the day before our arrival. A very personal and welcoming text! Left cell # in case we needed any further information and told me where we could find things to make our arrival smooth and our stay awesome! The day of our arrival, after driving through the night for 11+ hours and arriving early the owner was gracious enough to let us in the condo early!!! Which was so appreciated! The condo did not disappoint. It is decorated so beautifully! Top notch all the way!! I love the laid back atmosphere here, the people we met were all so friendly and helpful in telling us about where to buy groceries and good restaurants! We definitely will be making that our stop every summer if possible!!! Thank you again for the awesome accommodations!!

The condo is right across the street from the beach parking lot. The walk from the condo to parking lot was not so bad. The walk from parking lot to beach can be a little complicated, especially if you have a lot to take out to beach. Round trip by foot from condo to beach is probably around 20 minutes, maybe a little bet more give it take. Depending how fast or slow you walk. Now parking at the beach was fine. I suggested you park at the beach parking lot and if you need to go back to condo the walk it is not bad of a walk, especially if your hands free. We walked over to condo to grab a bite to eat or use the restroom. I enjoy walking so it didn't bother me makes for good excerise anyway. The permitted residents living there are super nice and respectful. we enjoyed them. The condo was very spacious for us as a family of five it worked for us and it certainly accommodated us comfortably. The host communicate back and was responsive to text messages and to any questions we had. I suggest you purchase food over in Mobil on Airport Boulevard area. Because there are no grocery stores, just your quick convenience stores. And make sure you buy fast easy stuff to make or barbecue because some of the restaurants are very wonky, unfortunately one restaurants was very short staff and the other ran out of pizza. I will have to write a review on Privates Pizza & Wings and on Island Rainbow. That is a whole different story. Back about the condo, my family had a very comfortable stay and enjoyable stay and the convince of being right across the beach parking lot to park over and being able to walk by foot was a plus. Great location.

Great for family get-together
Booked this condo for a family get-together with my daughter and her 3 boys. There were 7 total in our group and this rental had plenty of space for all of us. The condo had everything we needed in the kitchen plus they left more than the usual amount of trash bags, dishwashing soap and laundry detergent (very much appreciated this). As advertised, we were walking distance to the beach and it felt like our own private pool. We had a very relaxing stay.

Locating property and check-in was a breeze. Property owner provided detailed instructions with everything we needed to know. Property was accurate to description and was bigger than I imagined from the photos. The two queen bedrooms are connected with a Jack and Jill bathroom. This was a plus for our family as we put our kids in one room and parents in the other. Grandparents got the large master far from the early rising kiddos. Swimming pool is small, but worked just great for our family as really no one else was using it. We used the grill one evening and was easy to operate. Deck was great as you got both bay views and ocean views. We watched the sunset each night and enjoyed watching the pelicans dive for food. We even saw dolphins! Pizza and ice cream place just a block away (Island Rainbow) was delicious. The public beach directly across the street charged on the weekend to access pier ($6 per car and $2 for walk-ins) but SO worth it. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and lots of movies/games to choose from. We did have to run to Ship & Shore Supplies for extra toilet paper and hand soap. Otherwise, plenty of towels and a big plus to have a washer and dryer. The only bump in the vacation, was the power for the westside of the island went out for about two and a half hours. We texted the property owner and he immediately responded with outage maps/links/approximate times to expect return of power. VERY helpful and no one's fault, but nice to have had such a quick response to our questions. Overall, wonderful stay to make great family memories.

We spent our vacation with our daughter, her husband and 3 boys. Because we had a boat slip it allowed us to boat and tube during the day and fish at night. The pool is small but was clean and we were the only ones using it so it was fine.

The condo was large and comfy. The location was perfect. The pictures don't do the views of the beach and the sound justice. The walk to the public beach was fine for our group of adults and teens. We had an amazing time. I would highly recommend.
