One bedroom apartment, enough space for 2 kids, location near the city center, 5 min with a bicycle , 2 floor building, free street parking, very good communication with the owner.

The apartment needed a little more cleaning before arrival, like the ac filter for example and other small details. Other than that it was ok.

Good location, fairly close to the part and the old town. The apartment is spacious and clean. Host was very helpful. Abundant street parking close to the apartment.

While it does say that the (deluxe) apartment is on the semi-basement level, most of the windows can't be opened so sometimes it doesn't have sufficient airflow (needed in summer time). We asked for a fan and the host did quickly give us one. The kitchen is split so the sink is on the other side of the apartment which is inconvenient. The mattresses were just pieces of foam which was too soft and they weren't comfortable to sleep on.

Very welcoming host.

The aparment was very basic, not particularly clean. The kitchen surfaces were sticky, the sofa was stained and stuffy. Overall, we did not enjoy our stay at this appartment, although the host was very nice and friendly.

Communication with the host was excellent. The apartment was very spacious. Parking spaces were available just outside the property.

There was a slight smell of cigarette smoke in the apartment. The water pressure in the shower was low.

We enjoyed our stay here. I liked the rooms, and the fact that we had a bath tube. The owner was very helpful in communicating with us.
