Everything was new and proper

The apartment was modern and very central.

The reception is in the car park in the basement. Which was a shock and especially when we arrived at 11pm, we didn't know where we were going. The air-con is controlled by reception and you cannot turn it on or off, unless you use the fuse board. Which I do find strange and unsafe. The bed sheets were meant to be cleaned but we could actually see stains on them. The pool area could do with a daily clean as there was cigarettes prominent in a-lot of the pool area. The sun loungers could also do with cleaning the cigarette ashes off too.

Location was good. Appartement itself was nice and clean.

The early checkout was a little bit of a pain. The sleep couch wasn't what we expected.

when we come to the first day we get a cracked chair after that we tell the guy and he say it’s ok but In the first time when we seat it broke to half and we don’t get back 240€ because of chair!!!

Everything fine except weird requests on reception 🙄 at first difficult to find the entrance to the apartment on the parking (!) and how do ppl can know that? The second - deposit. Ok, it was a request for the deposit in a msg after booking but nobody told that the deposit has to be in cash. I don’t use cash and don’t even have my credit card with me - always pay with Apple Pay, so I didn’t even had a chance to take cash from the ATM. Nobody care 🤷🏻‍♀️ Then weird ask to compare the name and the number on the credit card we had with us with the name on the card we did the payment 🙄 what if my boyfriend pay for my booking and I don’t have his credit card with me? Weird. At the end we had only one question - do we have to make the blood analysis or smth to get the key ? The apartment was fine and clean but to leave half of the toilet paper roll for 3 persons for 3 days looks weird as well. The pool on the rooftop was fine as well but any chance to stay there cuz there was any piece of shadow. Perfect place to be if you are a big fun of sunstrokes 👌🏼

The security staff were helpful and friendly. The location is great and the apartment itself was very clean and comfortable, and modern.

We pre requested a late check in, but did not get a reply, I rang on the day of travelling to request the keys in a lock box due to late arrival and had the phone put down on me. On arrival we could not get into the building for 30 minutes. Then the receptionist arrived and was very rude and demanded 20 euros in cash for late arrival. I had paid for an upgrade which said we had private access to the pool, we did not get this and no one could help with access to the pool. The room also did not have a kettle, iron, ironing board and lots of the other listed items in a non upgraded room. No one was ever on reception to request such items either.

Clean, spacious and very good value for money. great location for the bars and clubs.

Each member of party had to pay €60 deposit on arrival which was not known about. Deposit was given back in full on check out.

The location was very good. We were very close to the centrum, beach and stores.

it was a crazy experience. Best location possible in lloret de mar! friendly staff and ofcourse Ramon. he makes the best durum you can think off and helps you with whatever you want. You should visit his restaurant!!!

the neighbourhood and a swimmingpool

From the first day we didnt have hot water, lady said that we can call any time but nobody pick up the phone.. ever.. we wait till the morning and went to the reception and lady said sorry its my mistake. Well thank u very much! Appartment is for 4 person not for 6. Cause living room u cant say its a bedroom. Especially not with this couch. And if u want to sleep at night forget about it. 😅

The apartment was really nice, modern style furniture. Very good location, near city center, so everything was close. Very nice private pool outside and the view from there.

The apartment is big but water cylinder is not. It's been 7 of us and we kept running out of hot water. To have hot water again you need to wait at least one hour or even 2. We called to ask about it but the staff just start screaming on us and were rude. It was weird because after everything they were nice again. Reception is in a garage. It said there is coffee machine but there was coffee brewer and there was no soundproof isolation because we could hear every single night the other people upstairs moving furniture.. Also there was very stinky elevators because everyone uses the same elevator to go to the swimming pool.

Roxanna the host was very nice and accommodating. For a quick weekend this was perfect and had every requirement.

Wifi wasn’t great and not a lot of hot water.
