The location is perfect if you like to be away from the hustle and bustle, amazing views and perfect facilities. Athina is a wonderful host, and fantastic cook! We were on our honeymoon, and she left us a surprise cake and wine in the fridge, which was a lovely gesture. She also made us pancakes for breakfast and a delicious moussaka!

Nothing really! Would recommend having a hire car to make it easier to site see around the island, especially if you visit off season when busses are infrequent.

Everything, the place was amazing, great size apartment, superb facilities, a very warm plunge pool, the view was awesome across the bay, we saw dolphins in the distance, the shower was good with great toiletries on hand. Good internet TV, so all channels availiable, like Netflix for example. Best of all was Athina the host, such a nice lady, she brought breakfast snacks down to us each day which was a pleasant bonus. The place was spotless too. The bed was very comfortable as well. I slept like a log! A great way to end our trip. You get what you pay for and much more!!

Our first time to Greece couldn’t be more perfect thanks to Athina. The property was luxurious and very well maintained, Athina took such good care of us and our daughter - it didn’t even feel like we were guests but more like family. Her cooking is amazing and we felt so lucky to be there and have her be part of our holiday. We are very sad to leave and hope we will see Athina again very soon ❤️

The suite we booked for 9 nights was perfect and just as we expected having read the other reviews. Clean, modern and quiet. Nice and cool with the air con on. The pool was warm, the outside loungers and furniture very nice. Athina the owner organised the taxi transfer for us. She met us at the door and ran through the amenities. Athina is great and makes lots of little extra breakfasts, and lunch when she is cooking for her family. She cleans each day and nothing is too much trouble for her. The location is fantastic. Boukari is still much quieter than other places on the eastern coast, but there are four or five great tavernas within easy walking distance and great little shop with everything you need stocked. We will definately be back.

I almost didn’t want to write a review because I was worried that this wonderful property would become too overbooked and we would never be able to come again! The location of the Casa Del Mar is magical. Athina and her family built the apartments four years ago and they truly are magical. The stunning view shows the sunset every night in pink and orange skies - just like paradise. The area of Boukari is lovely - quiet, but not um-atmospheric, with many tavernas, restaurants and a few shops a couple of minutes walk away to supply you with all you need. The decoration and design of the apartment is modern and minimalist, with a gorgeous, large bathroom and many different seating and lounge options outside with your own private pool. The beach is less than one minute walk away and we spent most of our time in the sea, which was warm and clear - like heaven! h owever, the best thing about Casa Del Mar is the wonderful Athina who truly made our stay feel like the time of our lives. Before we even arrived, she helped us coordinate various taxis on the busiest weekend of the Greek calendar - the festival of Maria! She managed to make it happen and we had an easy and quick transfer from the airport and to and from corfu town by taxi. Athina was so incredibly kind and generous, fixing a ‘small snack’ in her words the night we arrived so we did not have to leave. Watching the beautiful sky with a Greek salad, arrangements of breads, dips and a bottle of wine showcased her excellent hostessing! The next morning we were greeted with homemade pancakes and after that, homemade cheese pie Tiropita) which tasted incredible. She never made us feel like a burden and truly treated us like family! She cleaned and organised the apartment each day to make us feel comfortable and even when our friends couldn’t find alternative accommodation, she kindly offered for them to stay with us and sorted out extra beds and bedding.

The hospitality provided by our host Athina was just wonderful, she provided us with some Greek delicacies each day and ensured the property was refreshed whenever we left the apartment- which because of how comfortable it was- was actually not all that often! The place itself is lovely, with its beach front location and small pool, we had a beautiful few days in this quieter area of Corfu, the perfect way to round off our holiday. Cant recommend enough.

Athena is a welcoming and extremely adorable host. We booked Casa del mare for part of our honeymoon and she prepared the apartment for the occasion without us asking. She also made us several little attentions throughout the stay which made us happy. She was discreet and at the same time available when needed. We loved the view overlooking the sunset (on the side). Cleanliness level was impeccable. The bed was confortable. Thank you Athena

Great location, beautiful view, very peaceful, 50 meters from the sea, private pool, beautiful, modern, clean rooms, and the nicest, kindest host in the world ever!

There are no bars and nightlife close by, but this is ideal if you want to have rest and peace :)

Beautiful property and the best way to end our holiday in Corfu. Athina was an amazing host and owner and made our stay a perfect 10! She was kind and generous and went out of her way to ensure we enjoyed every moment of our stay, especially considering we had our 8month year old daughter with us. At the property, you have everything you need, and all is clean and well looked after. The setting is perfect to be able to relax, enjoy the sunshine, have a dip in the plunge pool and admire the view… whilst the sea is only across the road, if you want a proper swim. Boukari is known for its fish and seafood, so in the evening, you have a choice of 3-4 local tavernas for dinner, all within walking distance. We chose Kalami restaurant and Athina kindly called ahead to ensure we had a nice table. The restaurant setting was beautiful and the food was excellent (you can choose your own fish caught that very day). Highly recommend Casa del Mar to anyone.

Nice woman bij the accommodation, helpful, friendly, nice view on the see, every thing in the appartement was comfortable and clean.

The place is BETTER than the pics. Athena's hospitality is BETTER than words can tell. We have a 5 months old baby and it was extremely convenient to have everything on the same floor (flat, swimming pool, terrace). We could relax at the swimming pool and hear the baby if he woke up. The view from the terrace is breath-taking. Athena was there waiting for us the night we arrived even if it was late. She went to her garden to pick up vegetables to make us a delicious dinner. For the whole stay she would come in to clean and tidy every time we would be out so not to wake the baby or disrupt our routine. She brought us delicious food during the whole holiday. With her, you don't need to ask, she will understand your needs and fulfil them with grace and kindness. Athena bought multiple items to make our life easier with the baby (changing mattress, bath tub etc in addition to crib, mini swimming pool, high chair already provided). She even volunteered to watch our sleeping baby so that my partner and I could have a swim together. At Casa del Mar I relaxed for the first time since the baby was born. Thank you Athena for being not just an amazing host, but family to us.

At some point you have to go home.

This is nothing short of a 10 on all counts. The whole apartment has been designed to such a high spec, and every possible need has been catered for, from the luxurious bathroom to the huge terrace, furnished beautifully with everything you could ask for. The private pool is lovely and the view from the terrace is stunning. Athina is lovely, and is a wonderful and natural host, and kindly made us delicious pancakes for breakfast (which I am still thinking about) and then a cheese pie for lunch. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could need - wine, fresh fruit, honey, nespresso capsules, and much more. We spent our last few days of our holiday here and wished we could stay longer. Boukaris itself is tranquil and beautiful and feels authentic and unspoilt. We would love to return.

It is extremely hi-spec yet done incredibly tastefully. Lovely host, who exceeded all expectations. for example, my partner's luggage didnt arrive at the airport and she lent him some of her husbands clothes . Additionally, she even made us breakfast pancakes on our first morning and a lovely moussaka on our last day. A truly lovely lady.

Everything was excellent. Athina was the most sympatric and caring host we've ever had. The apartment was super cosy, clean, and silent, the terrace incl. pool really amazing and the view splendid :-). We can really recommend it!

Host is awesome! You feel very welcome. We got free cake and champagne!!! Host brought pancakes for us in the morning. The pool is heated! Fully equipped kitchen. Amazing place. Very romantic.

I’ve don’t know where to start, it was a welcome like no other despite us being late, during our stay nothing was too much trouble and no matter what you might need it was already there. The accommodation is amazingly comfortable, Anna treated us like one of the family messaging to let us know what she had cooked to see if we wanted any and her cooking is quite stunning! I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Casa del Mar is an extremely unique place in and of itself, but when you add amazing hospitality of the apartment host - Atihna, it stands head-and-shoulders above the rest in Corfu! If you're searching for a clean, modern design in a friendly, relaxing athmosphere of greek islands, Casa del Mar is a dream destination. It is extremely bright while remaining cool, provides you a beautiful sea view from sunrise to sunset, and comes fully stocked with everything (completely equipped kitchen, coffee maker, welcome fruits and wine, tea, coffee, etc. bathrobes and even slippers etc.) you could possibly need. Due to its location you have complete privacy, but still have few steps access to the beach and your own swimming pool with beautiful sea panorama. I am aware that all this sounds like an advertisement, but we have visited many nice places and for the first time we had tears in our eyes when we had to say goodbye.

Athina was lovely, kind and took really good Care of us. She was present for all our needs and questions. The villa is just gorgeous and we had our privacy. We really recomand it !

Where do I begin?! I found this gem by sheer luck and an so glad I did. Our hostess, Athina, was so gracious and helpful before we even arrived. She messaged days before to confirm my arrival and set up an airport transfer. When we arrived she greeted us with the warmest welcome and her awesome Greek pancakes. The apartment came with everything we could possibly need. LITERALLY! The beach is a few feet away and we made the most of this wonderful place! The pool is fabulous and she even has a floater ready for you. You have your pick of where to relax. We stayed outside as much as possible as the sea view and outside furniture are stunning and comfy. The bed and pillows are super comfortable! The kitchen comes equipped with a reverse osmosis water filter so no need to buy bottles of water. It also comes stocked with teas, coffee, fruits, and a few beverages during your stay. Honestly, I wish every accommodation could be like Casa Del Mar. I hope to return again one day.

We don’t know where to start. ‘Casa Del Mar’ has the most beautiful views, it offers a heated private pool, fully equipped kitchen in cozy, superbly furnished and very neat apartment. Situated directly at the beach, this is an excellent location with several restaurants within a walking distance along the waterfront. But all these would mean nothing without the exceptional hospitality of Athina, Spyros & her daughters. They are truly incredible. We have travelled quite extensively but never experienced such immense hospitality. Not only did they cater for all our needs, you can tell Athina did it with all her heart and we felt like part of her family during our entire stay. On arrival late in the evening we had no dinner planned and she fixed a delicious meal for us without us even asking. Also she treated us to typical Corfu cuisine during our stay. We truly appreciate EVERYTHING she did to make our stay forever memorable. Athina is so thorough and unbelievably thoughtful that she even provided things you wouldn’t expect; like a stroller, kid’s chair for our baby boy as well as several toys and a baby float for the swimming pool!! This was the absolute perfect first vacation with our little son. We will never forget how special it was & we are definitely coming back! We feel blessed to have started this summer season as your first guests after the break due to the pandemic & wish you a wonderful summer. Thank you again for the amazing experience. A real treasure in the Ionian sea. Everything was perfect. We have never been so well looked after. Athina is the perfect host with fresh fruit and wine on arrival. We were also treated to pancakes too! Casa del Mar is a wonderful getaway! Thank you for everything Athina!

We (family with two teenage boys 17 & 16) just had the most amazing week’s stay here.... to echo everyone else Athina is just the most wonderful hostess who cannot do enough to make your stay memorable & so special. After having had all our other holidays this year cancelled this was a very important week’s break for us - and it surpassed all our expectations. We have travelled quite extensively but this will go down without fail as one of our best ever holidays!
