INTERNET speed was terrible, and property is not sound proof so you can hear loud conversation.

Its OK to say. Not impressive.

Loud property, no control and people are closing doors too hard due to door handles to control the noise, you have to smash it. Its not peoples fault is door handle access fault. It was really very uncomfortable bed. Internet was not working, i requested the host NO solutions.

There is no pot,plate,glasses,cutlery etc and the sofa was not comfortable to sit on..pretty much its bed..

New , modern apartment in vibrant part of durban. Very helpful staff and great value

Great location, above shops and restaurants. Walk to coffee shops every morning, clean and neat new apartments, easy safe parking. Good amenities inside, great view and balcony overlooking morningside and the city in the distance. Helpful staff and friendly cleaners. Hotel quality servicing everyday

Small apartment, great for couple, just a bit too small for a couple and an infant. Book one of the larger apartments if available. We had a small problem with the original apartment we had on the first day, but the staff kindly moved us to another apartment.

Fantastic! Will book again:)

Lovely location, clean, comfortable, and bigger than expected. Shower and toilet are not in the bedroom, which is fantastic for extra privacy. Balcony was a lovely addition, And even though we didn’t use the top floor pool, it looked very inviting, with a beautiful view! Will definitely book again.

Very small issue, but there was only one sachet of caffeinated coffee, the rest were all decaf.

We had a brilliant stay. The place was clean, comfortable and the host was responsive.

The location is excellent- store, restaurant, coffee shop in the building. Everything you need in walking distance.

We were able to think in the morning and act in the noon, memorable!

I mean I have stayed in that building a couple of times. I really love the modernness of the apartments and location - very convenient. I was able to work and leisure at the same time.

It might be insignificant, by definitely the couch - it's not comfortable. And on the point of cleanness', the coffee table needs some love and attention, I tried cleaning it coz it's gave me some serious anxiety everytime I looked at it but failed. Also as much as I appreciated that I forgot my country road slides (shoes), and the property kept them for me (...Thank you ...). I was disappointed at the fact that they left them by the security desk, bare not even in a mere plastic bag. I mean in my profession I work with several customers, and the little things do matter & make all the difference.

VERY PLEASANT

I loved the overall view of the building. The bedroom was neat n clean, plus with the air con, the TV got netflix n internet, very nice, the swimming pool was pleasant and the stores PnP, pnp liquor, TOPS ,ATMS ,restaurants and other FAST FOODS are near the hotel. It was a great experience with my woman.🤘

Excellent location, easy access to restaurants and supermarket. New facilities and there is a pool in the building as well. Owner is good at responding and quite accommodating.

When we arrived at 3pm the cleaner still working there but it was done quickly and not a big problem.

Lovely ,comfortable stay in a great location.

Very convenient location. Close to everything. Clean. Great view and the pool is awesome.

There were only two pots in the kitchen and they were not in good condition.

The pool wasn't looked after the water was green and the place didn't have a washing machine. Apartment a bit small for a washing machine, but sure they can find space in the building to have a few machine and dryers for guest.

Great location. Clean & comfortable. Room was cleaned to a good standard everyday. Fantastic communication between the manager and myself- I was kept well informed about everything.

The apartment is located in a great area, closer to the shops, 7 minutes away from the beach, Florida road is full on different beautiful Restuarants, it was really fun!!!

7 out 10, cleaning equipment was not available. They only clean if you put a sign outside cleaning shouldn't be optional, the communication with the host wasn't so great, no wifi password given

Apartment was centrally located with lots of restaurants close by. Zintle the host was excellent and accommodating.

The apartment had a musty smell. Even the towels did not smell good. It could do we a proper deep clean.

Location, access to restaurants, safety

The parking boom access does not work, security is rarely available to open, long wait daily to get security to allow access in and out of the parking. It’s been like this for months as I have previously stayed in the building. I think security is just slack, often find them standing in the Sun, on their cell phones.

Check in was challenging, info should have been shared well in advance of arrival. Security needs an access code and they cant help until the landlord provides. I did arrive earlier, but still feel the unit could be cleaner
