The condo was in very good order, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The owners were super nice and very quick to respond to questions. The location is exactly what we wanted. And the view from the balcony did not disappoint!

Good: Location, owners and communication, mostly clean(more detail in bad), washer & dryer were great. Owners were very informative and communicated what to expect. Really appreciated all of the details and info before arrival. Location was great, nearby restaurant which has entertainment and good food, close by beach shop and mini mart for quick runs and an ice cream shop. The room cleanliness was great, the balcony area seemed to be a forgotten area. Bad: Room size, balcony cleanliness, dishwasher Rooms were very tight especially the master bedroom. Walking around the bed at night requires some gymnastics especially given you have to leave the suitcases out in the room as the closets don't really have any room for clothes or housing more than one suitcase. The living room area is roomy enough, but the pull out bed is very uncomfortable so I'd recommend to pull the mattress off and sleeping directly on the floor. My son slept much better there and he is 16. The balcony cleanliness was not great. The furniture and outer trim on doors an windows were covered in a black mold-ish looking substance. Not the best visual and gave a feeling you were sitting in dirt even though it may have been perfectly fine. It's a small nitpick but one that should be easily remedied for the owners. Dishwasher dish holders inside were all rusted. Not a particularly pleasant look or thought as you are putting things into that to clean. We ended up handwashing everything just because the idea of rust on utensils didn't seem appealing.

The condo was perfect for us. Excellent proximity to the beach. The owners checked in with us a few times to make sure everything was good. Highly recommend!

The location of the condo was convenient to absolutely everything in North Myrtle Beach. We both would highly recommend this condo to everyone and plan on renting it again next year ourselves.

Condo was nice had everything we needed

From beginning to end, Candy and Don were wonderful to communicate with us. They answered all questions quickly. The unit was very clean and had everything that we needed. The master bed was very comfy. The views from the balcony are beautiful. Another perk was the speed of the elevators. We would definitely book this condo again!

The view was outstanding and we spent a lot of time just watching the waves and listening to the sounds of the ocean. Beach location was what I wanted and that was what I got. Go down the elevator and you are on the sand. Enough food and entertainment within 10 minutes to keep you busy and tons more places to go within 30 minutes. Condo was a little tight for 5 but certainly manageable. Hosts were great and very thorough and accurate with what we needed to do to access the facilities. The building is a bit in need of some TLC and we did have issues with the newly retrofitted elevators, but nothing could dampened the beauty and fun of the ocean in your front yard. Great time and highly recommended..

Don and Candy are rock stars. They have a great unit and the price was great. Totally recommend them. It's not often when you rent that the owners call and take care of any needs you have. They did just that. Thanks again Don and Candy.

Lovely location; check in very easy. The beach was nice and clean. The condo was clean overall but kitchen could have used a thorough cleaning. We had 2 people although it said it slept 6. I think it would be crowded with 4.

Location! Need I say more? The condo matched the listing. Beautiful oceanfront view. Molly Darcy's sports pub is in walking distance and has a large menu and is family friendly. The condo has everything you need to cook meals. Near stores. You do need to pack linens, as stated. We had a blast and will definitely be back!
