Parasol of luifel was zr niet op het buitenterras. Enorm slepende schuifdeur om naar jet terras te gaan. Veel lawaai van de bussen.

Este alojamiento es algo precioso, una oasis de relax, todo bien currado , ordenado, limpio, el personal siempre sonriente y listo ad ayudar en cualquier necesidad. Yo me quede de verdad súper satisfecho y la próxima vez volveré a reservar con ellos

Os quiero da solo un pequeño consejo, sería idea tener enchufes de electricidad a lado de la cama y no de frente

Ottima posizione, alcune stanze rumorose, attenzione a cosa e' incluso e cosa non lo e'.

Ottima posizione e struttura pulita e comoda da raggiungere con i mezzi.

Offerta non trasparente, Aria condizionata non inclusa. Booking.com non mi ha aiutato a dirimere la questione, alcune delle stanze sono molto rumorose.

Bungalow-Ausstattung und Möbel (Tische, Stühle, Schränke, Kommoden....) sind noch von der Eröffnung also alt und renovierungsbedürftig. inkl. der Küchenschränke. renoviertes Bad, das ist das einzige

Always excellent

Everything! They staff are always incredibly helpful, professional and friendly, the accomodation is clean and comfortable, the food is great quality and tasty, looking forward to my fourth stay here next year!

Sadly even the amazing pool won't entice us back

Breakfast was great for choice and quality but service was poor and we where rushed everyday, some days it was being cleared at 10.10am even though breakfast was avaible til 10.30

3rd bed was awful, it was a hard sofa, not a sofa bed at all. Terrible for an adult I was lonely adult with 2 children so they had the bedroom as they went to bed before me. No bedding at all for my sofa had to ask at reception. When the room was made up my bedding still wasn't sorted, I just had a sheet. Rushed at breakfast no niceties from staff. Annoyingly children couldn't by snacks with cash either from poolside bar. Aircon was extra 15euros a night but this wasn't clear on booking.

Beautiful property, amazing hosts, great value for money.

Amazing property, beautiful bungalows with everything you need. Pool area was amazing too and everyone who worked there was so nice. I would definitely go back.

The rooms got really hot and we had to pay extra to have AC.

Excellent accommodation, close to beach, very clean, great pool.

Perfect location, only a short walk to the beach. Excellent swimming pool, plenty room for swimming and messing around. Just a really nice vibe about the place. Perfect for families as it has everything you need. Very clean and gardens well maintained.

We were disappointed that the pool bar wasn't open a bit later but maybe it does when it's at full capacity.

Very nice, everything we needed Every day made service kitchen well equipped would definitely return Please note the accommodation is cashless so if travelling with friends get a travel debit card

Pool was a bit cold and needed to be cleaned of leaves more often but didn’t stop us from getting in for a swim

Pool, Location,surroundings, minigolf, vegetation on the property

Cockroaches on the terrace and everywhere in the apartment. 3cm long and a smaller version in the living room and the bathroom. They were litterally everywhere, in the drawer as well in the bedroom. Most of them on the terrace, I gueds after we complained twice they did something because afterwards we counted 11 big ones one night on the terrace and all barely moving. The place was otherwise great and they cleaned it regularly but they clearly have an infestation and they should do something about it before renting them out to other people. (They said they were fully Booked so we also were not allowed to check out 1 hour later with two 3 year olds to be able to let them sleep before the flight.)

Super accommodation for a good price. We would love to come back again.

Our stay was in standard bungalows and we were satisfied. Unlike standard bungalows, superior bungalows have air conditioning, but the price is higher. We did not find any other difference and this type of bungalow perfectly suited our needs. We were satisfied with the cleaning and cleanliness of the bungalow. The entire area of the hotel is located in a beautiful garden with a spacious swimming pool. The hotel staff is very helpful.

There are also tennis courts within the area, which in my opinion are quite neglected and little used. In my opinion, this space could be better used. The hotel is not only for adults, so sometimes you will meet noisy children, especially at the pool. But it is more of an exception.

We’d definitely stay again at this gorgeous complex

Great location, just a short walk to the Yumbo centre. Very clean, tidy and spacious apartments, and a gorgeous pool that flows around the complex. Surprisingly quiet too.

A lovely stay in beautiful surroundings.

Super fast check in, friendly welcome. Complex is lovely with great facilities and quiet despite its central location near to the Yumbo centre. Decent supermarket just one street away.

You will need to get the AC at an extra charge... essential! Service at the on site Bar was a bit patchy.

Had a fantastic weekend as a large group at bungalows cordial biarritz. Would definitely return here again.

Bungalows we’re beautiful in a great location. Staff were so helpful and friendly.

There was a bad smell in one of the rooms but the staff kindly sorted this out and moved us to another with no problems.

OK for a short stay but wouldn't want to go back

The bungalow was clean and spacious. The pool and garden area were nice. Easy car parking. Restaurants, supermarket close by.

We arrived after 4pm but had to wait half an hour to get into the accommodation. The Saturday night was very noisy. Loud music from the surrounding area until after 3am. A few more options for breakfast would have been nice. Worst coffee ever.

Great location, friendly staff and clean facilities. Comfortable bungalow and the pool had heated and unheated sections. Would recommend it.

Very little. The WiFi went down the day before we left and never came back up. The buffet breakfast wasn't great.

lovely compound, great facilities, convenient location

the very noisy road cleaning truck trundling along at 6:45 on the main road right next to our bungalow (only separated by a hedge). Woke us up every morning. Which was a little unfortunate since we had requested a quiet part of the compound.

Really nice place, grounds are really lovely,spacious and well designed but can potentially be noisy

We booked it for the tennis facilities, which were really good. The pool was also excellent. Loved the bungalow BUT the situation does vary - you can get road noise or no sunshine depending which one you get.

One - just one- member of the reception team was less than helpful, the rest were nice. There was a gym which had decent enough equipment but no weights. Also seemed to be a lot of perosnal training going on and you were made to feel less than welcomed

Superb

Pool, apartment, garden, minigolf, breakfast, everything. Beautiful and very well kept grounds with many trees and tropical plants. Quiet location, shop and beach nearby. Pleasant atmosphere. Staff helpful. I would be happy to visit again.

Cleaners seemed very busy which slightly affected the cleaning of the apartment.

First Class Bungalows

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff fantastic bungalows with fantastic facilities just like a home from home. Everything you need provided, cleaning service was fantastic and regular. very comfy beds. Would highly recommend.

The noisy parrots lol nothing you can do about them though they come with the island.

Watch out there's hedgehogs about

Put in room 101 must being the worst room in the bungalows not fare terrace no sun all day Bar shut at 6 pm Hedgehogs running about outside hour room at night.
