It was OK: street location on the traffic path was a major disappointmernt but we adapted.

My girlfriend and I spent 10 nights in the Studio apartment. It was clean and new towels were supplied twice during our stay along with two garbage bags. The bedding was changed once. The space is fairly large and the bed and sofa comfortable. The cookware and dishware were adequate. The location was very good; all the main attractions are in walking distance if you are a good walker. Walking through the street of Valencia is a real treat and it was a short walk to the Mercado Central and many restaurants. The staff was nice and responded quickly when the electricity went out.

The main problem with the Studio is the ground floor location which meant the privacy was severely compromised when the two sets of windows (one set of windows were in the entrance doors) were open for much needed natural light and ventilation by the street traffic which was almost all pedestrian. Also, the street drain by the front door did emit sewer gases - not too bad but definitely noticeable. There is no city view as listed and the neighborhood garbage bins are the only view. Try to get the apartments on the upper floors which really look nice.

Comfortable stay in city center

In the city center (old town) are with fully equipped kitchen.

They use a water boiler, the hot water runs out quickly and it takes a lot of time to reheat. It's difficult for 2 persons to take a shower one after the other. The shower gel dispenser was broken and it was filled with liquid soap, not shower gel/shampoo (the cleaning lady told us).

The location is great. Comfortable apartment. We were able to store our luggage for both check-in and check-out which was a huge plus. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great apartment, great location!

It was big enough for 1-2 people and had all you needed. My apartment looked out onto the street and it caught the sun around 3pm every day, which was great to be able to sit out and watch the world go by. It’s in a great location and the staff were extremely helpful and available.

The location, the ease of getting there, felt like a local, easy to reach everything, constant contact from the apartment company to ensure we were fine.

The bed wasn’t exactly sturdy, felt like it was just a cheap bed.

Great stay in a great apartment.

The apartment is closely located to main tourist attractions and restaurants. It was also very clean on arrival and well equipped. We enjoyed sitting on the little balcony. The cleaning starter pack and condiments were very useful, thank you.

Not a dislike but a suggestion, it would be helpful to provide/leave a tourist map within the apartment. The apartment looks larger in the photos but was perfect for two.

Good base for a few days.

Great location, easy communication with hosts, nice rooftop balcony, good wifi, comfortable bed.

Sewer smell from the pipes in bathroom, many mosquitos, interior quite worn (furniture, shower, walls).

3 days of NO spleeping!

I liked the location. Room size was good and it was clean. Liked a lot of kitchen equipment.

Doors and windows don't have any insulation so you can here everything from the street. In the night they are emptying big garbage bins that are located a few metres from the entrance to the apartment so you can't sleep. The bed is wide enough for one person so I can say I rented one person apartment. Corners in the shower are made like some kids were playing there with silicon. We stayed in the ground floor apartment, I think other apartments are better.

Nice place for a short stay for a couple

Location and staff (very helpful and friendly)

Humidity, the heating system worked slowly. The place could have more supplements like kitchen towel, wipes in the kitchen etc.

Huge unit in great location and super friendly hosts but ground floor unit is noisy and has limited windows

Amazing location in the old town, friendly helpful hosts, large place with good facilities

Big rubbish bins just outside door, ground floor unit with front door opening to alley has people and cars right outside plus limited windows which you want to keep closed. Fake window light by bed helps with light and ambience but the unit still feels a bit like a big cave. Upper units appear to be nicer from pictures.

Within easy walking distance of Central Market and plenty of choice or restaurants bars and shops in the area. Travelled from the airport by bus and back via the Metro

Comfortable, stylish apartment in a great location.

Great communication with host..and support Excellent central location. Fresh towels delivered twice during stay if 1 week...also fresh bed linen. Loved the little balcony.

Coffee maker...but we were surrounded by lots of great coffee shops so it was no big deal.

Cozy, large apartment in great location to explore Old Town.

Location, size of apartment, bed was comfy, towel service every two days, washer was very handy, dishwasher, lockbox remote check in was great, host was very communicative.

Glass partition in shower leaked water. Could have used more than one dishwasher soap pack. No dish rack to dry dishes.

Location was amazing. Facitilities were good. Also the staff was helpful.

Appartment felt old and a bit outdated. Only white lighting in the appartment which took away the cozy feeling. Wifi not so good. So for remote work i would not recommend. Bit noisy could hear everything the neigbours were doing. We paid for the balcony but there was such a lingering smell in the street that we never used it.

Good stay in a lovely,convenient apartment

Lovely, modern appartment. Very clean. Had everthing we needed. Good location. Excellent wi-fi and air conditioning. Place to leave bags on departure. Rotem ordered us a taxi to the airport which was much appreciated.

Great stay; great accom., great city.

Location - interesting corner of the old city. Surrounded by small plazas with restaurants, bars, schools, small shops, teeming with life. The apartment is compact but well supplied. Some fittings slightly knackered, but nothing broken. Good value. Would use it again. Valencia delightful -better than expected. Apartment staff very helpful.
