Amaaaazziinnnnngggg is not enough, it's beautiful, clean, and has the most beautiful view. I wish we stayed here longer.

Everything. We stayed in the Penthouse apartment, and the first thing we said when we saw the view was WOW!! We had been living in Raro for nearly 3 months, and decided to treat ourselves to four days staying at Mai'i Villa. We pretty much stared at the view for four days 😍 The inside of the apartment was perfect for two people. Comfy bed and stunning views of the sunrise. We pulled our curtains so we could wake up to it. The bathroom was large, and loved the shower. Everything was spotless. We had some friends visit and they've said they will pass on the details of the villa to their family members visiting. It's definitely a gem.

Amazing property in a great location. Watching whales from the balcony. It exceeded all our expectations. Large open area with huge bedrooms and bathrooms. Great hosts and communication prior as well. Thanks for a great stay

Wonderful panoramic views. Joy and Tara were wonderful hosts. Very accommodating and helpful.

After a few days beach-side it was nice to stay here and enjoy the incredible view across Muri. Lots of space both inside and out, very clean and a delight to stay at. A great spot for families.

it has stunning views in a great location close to restaurants, bed was very comfortable, pool was great, having breakfast supplies & coffee etc was so good, staff called in often to check we had everything we needed.

Close enough to the heart or Muri while still being secluded amongst the hillside. Great facilities and caters for all. Absolutely loved my stay at Mai'i and will happily come again!!!

Big presence of wasps. A regular extermination will eradicate them from the beautiful building.

By far the best views in Rarotonga !!!!!! Fantastic swimming pool complex !!!!!! Big TV with a selection of movies was great for the kids !!!!! Aircon in the bedrooms was superb!!!!

Kitchen was poorly laid out. No food pantry so it meant everything had to go in the fridge. No facilities in the apartment to separate your rubbish into general rubbish, glass bottles, tin cans etc other than to walk outside 50 metres away to the bins are located. I felt the outdoor furniture was okay but not well set out. We had one table with four chairs and another table with no chairs?? No soft cushions for the wooden outdoor seats. I would have appreciated an out door BBQ. My wife complained the dishes were not clean and so she washed them all again, rather painful without a dishwasher. Finding a large cockroach in one of the kitchen drawers did not go down well. We had to spray and clean everything in that drawer.

whats not to like?! the views were outstanding!! rain storm or sun.. you didn’t want to miss it!! the sunsets were outrageously beautiful!! the facilities are exceptional!! I will definitely be staying again, and recommending this place to everyone i know visiting Rarotonga

Beautiful views and well appointed Location is up the hill; hence the views. Depends what you are looking for - if you want to be closer to beach or the action then be aware it’s a short drive from the villa

Long (500 meters) gravel driveway so you really need a car. Only one TV Channel (grainy due to poor reception. )

We loved the location and the view. The apartment is spacious and airy and had everything we needed. Joy was lovely and welcoming. Her quiet presence was unobtrusive and we felt looked after and that we could have asked her for anything we needed.

The kitchen layout/ bench space is a little limiting but not a big problem as we weren't really there to cook! Nor were we there to watch TV but we did enjoy a couple of movies after dark and found the audio visual system a little difficult to figure out ... perhaps some instructions would be helpful for future guests.

Lovely hosts, really clean place and a beautiful view. Good value for money, interior of the penthouse is stunning. It feels very private there. Would recommend to anyone staying in Raro.

The TV would've been great if it had chromecast to stream movies from a laptop.
