We appreciated Caroline and Miss Joy's assistance at any point of our travel planning. The flat is located on the 25th floor with a nice view on Dubai fountain and bustling DownTown. We used the kitchen to cook a meal and found all we needed. The Burj is a 5 minutes' walk away from the flat! We really recommend this place. Parking space provided in the basement.

Beautiful apartment, great location and fantastic value for money. Joy is an amazing host and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. She even waited for my husband throughout the night as his flight was delayed

Luxury apartman in the heart of the downtown. Large accommodation with full equipped like your property at home, even dryer machine... You can comfortably watch the fountain show from the terrace. The pool is crystall clear and open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, This is great! Joy, who is a very kind woman, always available on whats app, email or phone, and she helps to solve any problem if you have. This apartman gives you high service with low price. I higighly recommend

This apartment is lovely for a family. Joy is so helpful during the booking process and the stay. We were so grateful that she booked our taxi to the airport. The apartment has superb views of the Burj fountains and is so sunny in the morning. The supermarket next day is really handy too.

This was the most efficient, seamless stay in Dubai I have ever had in the 10 years I have visited. The property manager Joy messaged me days before my booking on whatsapp to collect my details and documents to streamline check-in. She met us at the door to help with our bags and to show us where to park. She brought us up to our apartment and as per my request already had the sofa bed made up. There was an abundance of extra clean linens, pillows, towels etc. The Bathroom was stocked with soap, shampoo, and body wash. The kitchen was stocked with coffe/tea and cold water in the fridge. In the morning she messaged to check what time I would leave and was there waiting to check me out. The location of this apt was incredible. Fountain view to watch the show at night, walking distance to Dubai Mall, Souk etc.

I cannot think of anything that would make this stay better.
