Fully Renovated Condo Perfect Ocean View -8th Floor Right on the Beach!

We enjoyed our stay...my only criticism is some updates would go along way...biggest being the sleeper sofa couch...there were minimal kitchen supplies but overall an excellent stay...owners are very quick to respond and the condo is really nice...the bed in the master was awesome:)

This was the perfect little beach front condo! We enjoyed being so close to the beach and the ocean view. This place was very clean and had everything essential our family needed. We will stay again!

This was such a great room, great view, great location, great deal, and wonderful friendly owners. Highly recommend this one!! And we will definitely be back again.....probably many times. Thanks for everything!!!

This is a nice condo, loved the decor. It was a good fit for my family of 4. The only complaint I could have is that the AC couldn’t be set below 73, which made it way too hot for us. The condo was very muggy and wet feeling also. However, when I messaged Joy, she was quick to respond and very helpful so definitely no complaints there! She told us about a dehumidifier in a closet to run and that helped with the humidity and made the rest of our stay bearable. Apparently if you have AC set below 73 it causes it to freeze up. My husband said this is probably due to the AC unit being too small for the size of the condo or possibly an older AC unit that needs replacing. My teenagers thought the bunk beds were very uncomfortable but I believe they would be fine for small children. All in all, a great condo in a great location. Wonderful communication with owners, very helpful and friendly. If it wasn’t for the AC issue I would definitely stay here again, but I can’t tolerate being hot and sweaty at night while trying to sleep. It may not be an issue if you book during cooler months though.

The unit was in sad shape. You could barely sit on the couch much less sleep the sleeper sofa. The balcony furniture was rusted out and broken on the legs so it wobbled back and forth. You can’t open the oven door all the way because it hits the refrigerator, extremely small kitchen. Broken, loose floor tiles. On the upside the location was perfect and the rest of the resort was spot on: heated pool, beach service, great available elevators. I would stay at Celeadon just not in this unit.

The location is convenient with great views of the beach. The condo needs some attention and to be renovated. There are many floor tiles that are cracked. There was a nice size crack in the kitchen counter tops. The inside of the microwave was rusted. All of the furniture needs to be cleaned or reupholstered. The balcony furniture was all rusted and dingy. We did not feel it was stable enough to use. Although there was a Temper-Pedic mattress cover, it was covered in some form of plastic that made noise every time you moved. The springs on the top bunk of the bunk bed would be very uncomfortable to sleep on but fortunately we did not need to use it. Lastly, the hall bathroom had a sewage odor coming from the pipes. This may be a major issue with the plumbing in the building and not specific to the condo itself. I was annoyed the $30 parking fee was not included with the rental. It was stated on the listing but you would have to be looking for it to find it and it was not in the overall description of the property. With some love and care this condo has the potential to be AMAZING but the current condition is not ideal.

The condo was just perfect for my friends and I. It was very clean and Mrs. Joy was so helpful the entire time. The view from the 8th floor was PERFECT! I highly recommend this condo to anyone. I loved it so much I went ahead and reserved it for another date in a few months while I was still on my vacation!!

- [ ] Stayed 4 nights at 803 recently. The condo itself was accommodating but was very much in need of repair and update. I've stayed at many different condos along gulf coast, so i can compare, and i believe in giving an honest review. Tile floors are cracked, make noise and grout lines are very dirty. Visible layers of thick caulk in bathroom around tub/shower. Vents covered in thick dust. Sofa was covered in a not so attractive cover that needed cleaning and refreshening, an old blanket covered one of the chairs. The stored linens/pillows had an old smell to them, not a refreshing/just washed smell. Bed was noisy.. had plastic mattress cover and squeaky mechanics. Again... pillows did not smell refreshing/washed. Kitchen was stocked, but felt crammed...especially utensils. Found plastic dish drain under sink, but it was so dirty, i used the basket from my ice chest to drain/dry dishes. Did not use dishwasher. Spectacular views from covered balcony of the beach. The chairs/table on balcony were very rusty and old. Created rust stains on concrete and 1 of the chairs was so rusted in the leg that i didn't trust sitting in it. 3 Elevators close to my room in complex were spacious and fast. Boarded walkway to beach and shower with 2 hoses were great. Parking was easy across the street with covered overstreet walkway to complex. Hopefully this review will push owners to update condo in the future. Ive read other reviews of the condo and my comments seem to match.

Perfect location! Great place for the kids and convenient to stores for last minute items! Condo was clean and the owner was wonderful to work with. Will definitely be back!

Perfect getaway for my best friend and I to recharge. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything you need. I would definitely rent from Joy and her husband again.

Overall good. Condo has some maintenance issues. Great location.

Our family enjoyed our stay. The property was nice and priced well. The location was great for our family as well. It was still on Front Beach Road which allowed for a very short drive to Pier Park and other attractions, but it was far enough away from the more congested areas of Front Beach Rd that are full of people and a lot more noise. We would recommend this location to others.

Loved the beach and views! The property was clean and well equipped. The WiFi was patchy at best and the condo was outdated, however I’d stay here again.

I loved our stay here. There was plenty of room for my husband, myself, our 3 teens, and our 9 year old. It was right on the beach. The only downside was the elevators. One of 3 was not working and we had to use the stairs quite a bit due to the resort being busy. Other than that… loved it and would stay again!
