Fenster retten den Schlaf

zentrale Lage, Terrasse, hell, schalldichte Fenster; auf Anfragen wegen fehlender Küchenutensilien wurde schnell reagiert

Lärm 24 Stunden, entweder durch Menschengruppen auf der Straße oder Baustellen; am letzen Tag wurde das Haus nebenan entkernt; der Abfluss im Bad stinkt; ein Terrassenstuhl ist kaputt

Exceptional

Localisation, in the centre, everything that is needed was there . The host was a super nice, beautiful apartment with a lovely balcony where we spent the mornings where we could see the views. It wasn't noisy at all. We closed all the windows and was quiet.

The apartment was great, but the smell in the bathroom was horrible. we had to close the doors as it stink so much.

Great location in the center of Malaga, walking distance from the main attractions.

The sleeping arrangements. A mattress placed on the floor of the upper deck. Pretty uncomfortable.

Location was great and super cute apartment. Has air conditioning and a washing machine which was a huge plus. Water pressure in shower was also great

Collection of the keys and prior paperwork that needed to be completed online was very extensive and time consuming. The location to pick up the keys on booking.com ended up being a different location to which they told us an hour after waiting there… The bed sheets are cheap and do not stay on the bed as you sleep. Also there was no extra bedding for the fold out bed… only pillows the bathroom had a sewerage smell, unsure if a plumber needs to come check the pipes

The location is just excellent! My family and I've been taking a nice strall to the beach every morning!😁😊 All of the nice places to experience Spanish, Mediterranean cousine. A very nice family place with a great seafood right around the corner.😄 My kids loved getting freshly baked sour dough bread every morning! Nice bakery, with a lovely staff! 😍

There is a couple of night clubs right around the corner from the apartment, so be prepared that the nights will be noisy and loud! If you are travelling light(luggage wise), then it's great! The walk up to the apartment (no lifts in this building) could be troublesome if you have large and heavy suitcases! Me and my family we liked our stay at the apartment! The only thing was off is the sleeping arrangements! The sofa bed is a horrible idea! The mattress in the loft is very uncomfortable and should be better fitted!

Letmalaga perfect fond

Gorgeous apartment, perfect location and the rooftop balcony was a perfect treat for a day lounging in the sun. Excellent facilities and close to all the amenities and shopping

I was charged security deposit on check-in, but never received a refund I wrote an email to them but they couldn't explain why I don't see money returned to my account I then provided proof of charge but they've never come back to me with any response I only received the actual reason of the decline only after I contacted them again in two months from my original request Allegedly I left a mess in the apartment, but couldn't receive any proof of that Even if we left few dishes that were not clean I would expect this to covered by the amount we paid for cleaning, and not by the security deposit They told me the security deposit is just for preventing guests from damaging items, but that's definitely not out case

Right in centre of Malaga, but definitely not worth the price, all in all that's a no

The location is certainly the best part of the apartment. Right in the centre of Malaga, you have all the restaurants and bars at a stone's throw. Plus, the area is served quite well in terms of supermarkets. The balcony has a nice view of the centre, and having breakfast outside is indeed quite nice (the balcony, moreover, was the cleanest part of the apartment, so that's a plus, if you want...).

The location is the best part, but it could be a nuisance. The building is right in the centre of Malaga, in an area with bars and restaurants that remain open until the morning even during the week, and there's a lot of noise. Bring your earplugs and the noise goes away, still the sound isolation is far from optimal (windows should be replaced/renewed). Too much light was coming in from the windows, since there are only light curtains and the door leading to the balcony has none: it was probably like that in the pictures on Booking, to be honest we didn't check thouroughly, but it's anyway frankly not acceptable. The apartment was not really clean: we found hairs around the living room and the kitchen, but under the bed (which, by the way, is on a mezzanine, tiny house-style, and that might cause issues to elderly or people with physical problems) we found a bit of everything. I can understand that it's difficult to get that area clean, because of the unfortunate layout of the "room", still they chose it, it's not the client's problem and a bit more of effort must be put in providing a clean space. We got the keys earlier than expected, I suppose somebody went to the beach rather than doing a good job. Also the staircases of the building (LetMalaga apartments are on the third floor and these are the only inhabited apartments of the building) where quite run-down and generally dirty. Thumbs down for the reception people as well, I'm afraid. Apart from the key delivery at the beginning, they seem not to care about anything else. I sent them a message to say that somebody left the front door open and people used the stairs as a place to have a midnight snack, leaving all the rubbish behind. They replied, but nobody came by to clean the stairs. Of course, I've removed all the rubbish myself, still that is not something you want.

Brilliant, malaga is a gorgeous city ,will definitely be back & will certainly book with let malaga

Perfect location , very easy to find. Contacting let malaga was very easy and they were very nice to deal with. Beautiful balcony with gorgeous views. Great air-conditioning. Two minute walk from bars and restaurants . Nice and clean, very well equipped .

A loud street , bars and nightclubs all-round(amazing if that's where you want to be ), expected as you are in the middle of a busy city, we loved it as we had done research before we got there , but if you want quiet nights in you might want to consider it.

Excellent stay and being there in Carnival week added to the fun

The location was excellent, so close to all the happenings in the old town. And the terrace was lovely, great to sit there for breakfast or an evening glass of wine.

Nothing much to not like, though the stairs could be strenuous (but we did know about them). It could also be a bit awkward getting into and out of the bed! Wouldn't stop me going back though.

The price is high!

The location is a good spot But the noise of the street is too much. I know you dont have any influence on the noise But it could be mentioned on the internet site were i booked the app. As i said it was a good location in the centre of Malaga. But to be honest, that’s the only good thing i can say;

The television and internet die not work. I found out that the cables in the modem were plugger in wrong. We missed the cleaning and clean towels in the app. It is normal that app’s are cleaned every 2 or 3 days. In this app.: no cleaning. New towels after a couple of days? No way. The temperature in the app. was too low. The heat could not warm the whole app. We asked for a solution which came. Solution? No way, the lady Tols us that she gave us a very l electric heat. It was approx. 20 cm en the box said. 350 watt. I can tel you that 350 wat is not powerfull. So, our stay was not the stay we expected. The bed is located ‘high’. The stupid thing is that you have to Climb over your partner to leave the bed. That’s not really relaxing. We solved it ourselves: we used the bedsofa. To be honest, the app. Looks nice But when you look at the things mentioned above the price is much too high
