Decent Apartments

Decent apartments in a very good location. Staff all very helpful and polite. Not too expensive. Facilities in the room were okay, not much outside of a pool in the rest of the complex.

Apartment wasn’t particularly clean when we arrived, and it felt as though we were given the “group of lads” room with battered walls and broken fixtures. The room also didn’t really look like the one advertised and was quite basic. Didn’t really seem suited for 5 people and 4 people would’ve been more comfortable. Towels and bed sheets weren’t changed in our 6 night stay. Had to wash them ourselves.

Great apartments, 5 stars to all the staff!

It was close to all the main bars & beach. The apartments are clean, modern & well equipped. Staff are friendly. This is our 3rd stay & I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

There is no umbrella’s around the pool so we didn’t use the pool area, it’s a shame as that’s the only thing that lets these apartments down.

massive balcony, spacious apartment, loved the way there was a door from our bedroom on to balcony.Pool area was cleaned every morning.Staff we’re friendly and always helpful.location was brilliant. you have to use your card after 8.30 to get on sight.

There were big umbrellas by the pool bar however it would have been nice if there were a few small ones also around the pool .

everything is to a high standard. all you need in apartment, 5 mins to beach, 2 mins to strip, 10 min stroll to old town. lovely pool, sunbeds & poolside bar. friendly staff

Fabulous apartments 10/10

Home from home ,spotless clean towels and bedding , fantastic views, close to all the bars,close to the beach first time visit to the maryciel and defo going back at the new year

Can't fault the place The only thing was I usually clean before leaving but you have to take all your rubbish to the bins up the road I usually leave toiletries but was told in a letter to leave the room as you find it so I had to bin all my toiletries ,as no room in suitcase,to take home

Brilliant girlie long awaited trip.

The location was really good you cold walk to the beach, to the shops and bars, first class.

Maybe aircon in the room.

Everything was fine. The staff were very friendly. The appartment was nice and big enough. It had everything. Really good

The pool was closed very soon. The bar at the pool was closed several days during our vacation. Also they open very late in the morning (when it was open)

The pool and bar/cafe was excellent and was also a great location for nightlife and beach defo would recommend staying here

The rooftop terrace bar was closed that and the pool and bar/cafe was the reason we booked the place very disappointed we was not informed it was closed, its been closed since covid and unlikely to open anytime soon, also the single beds bedroom was tiny for 2 people

Charged for damages we didn't do - feel conned

We enjoyed our trip until the apartment charged us for damages to an air con remote they claim we did. We were extremely careful, left the apartment clean and tidy and are very upset that they charged 50 euros to our credit card without explanation AFTER we already left. The area is central. The pool bar and cafe is nice.

The area is very noisy, don't expect to sleep well. The pool is small and gets busy. No staff check people are keeping to the rules young adults were hitting a hard large ball in the pool constantly.

Location was good. Apartment had good appliances for use

Apartment itself had everything we needed on arrival. But no cleaning of the apartment took place for the week that we were there. Towels were provided on arrival and once more .no bedding was changed for the week.. 1 toilet roll provided.for the week. Rubbish had to be disposed of at local bins by ourselves. Part of the toilet seat broke also and never got replaced .

You can hear every bit of furniture moving from the floors above. The pool area lacks shade could do with some parasols

room were basic and ok but the staff are so unprofessional unhelpful and rude

the pool bar staff we’re lovely so helpful and friendly couldn’t do enough for us.

where to begin to be honest checking in was definitely a sign of things to come. we arrived at 13:00 and the room was not ready, as check in was at 16:00 was understandable, however the man on reception said it would probs be an hour. this was not true we ended up lingering around the pool still in travelling clothes until 16:40 because even at 16:00 the room was not ready. Then we finally got to check in. to be informed the pre charge they take will be refunded then we need to pay the full amount when we questioned why, the guy on reception attitude was disgraceful he was so unprofessional was basically acting like we was stupid, then after that came the security deposit €200 deposit which seemed so excessive I wouldn’t say anything in them rooms would cost €200 to repair to be honest. 1st day/night we came in 2-3 am after going for a few drink, we are a 3 lady’s in our 20’s May I add. got to the room then there was a knock at the to be greeted by the reception security guard (also never seen a self catered apartment that required security Guards). so we have a 6ft odd big security guard at our door asking for our mobile number, extremely inappropriate and made us feel so uncomfortable because obviously they have cameras and he’s seen what room we are staying in. 2nd day we ask reception for some toilets roll to be greeted with the same are you stupid attitude, it’s self catering and a shrug of the shoulders. then we asked when does the apartment get a bit of like a sweep and can we get fresh towels Again it’s self catering a shrug and stand off attitude. So we’ve had to buy toilet roll washing detergent practically upkeep the apartment which made us wonder why it took the maids so long to clean the apartments the first day we got there. Asked about safe in the room that’s and extra €2 a day.

Where they were located and also the cleanliness. The staff were very friendly and the staff in the pool bar were amazing, very attentive, made a great strawberry daiquiri!

Not enough sun loungers or any parasols. I felt the rooms needed air conditioning units, not just the one in the living room area.

Perfect self catering apartment

Excellent location, clean, modern, staff friendly and helpful. Best self catering apartment I’ve stayed in in Benidorm. Nice touches eg USB points in room. Washing machine handy to freshen up towels. Electric fan supplied in bedroom

No shade around the pool. I get prickly heat and need shade most of the time. My partner is a sun worshiper so it doesn’t bother him. I cannot read my book whilst in the pool cooling down as I have a kindle so if it gets wet it dies and I don’t want to be sat in the pool bar all day. A few parasols wouldn’t go a miss around the pool area. That’s my one and only complaint about the property. Everything else is perfect
