Nestled in Panama City Beach, this lovely apartment for $308 per night is a great choice for your next trip. For stays less than 14 days, you will receive one free admission to each of the 7 attractions on each day of your stay, including the day you check in and check out! Be sure to check the attraction website for schedules. Condominium, 3 Bedrooms, 2.0 Bathrooms, (Sleeps 8) This 4th floor unit is large enough for a family gathering. The 3-BR 2-BA unit sleeps 8, perfect for larger families. Use the center elevator for quick access to the beach and parking (only for floors 1-4) and easy access to both towers! Parking in the main garage is limited to two vehicles. Be sure to ask about our Private Reserved Parking Space upgrades. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: No Pets Renter must be 25 or older Please READ the rental agreement BEFORE you book. You will be asked to re-sign and complete the addendum electronically after booking. There will be a Registration Fee due about a week prior to arrival, payable directly to the resort. The fee is currently $20. This will also include one parking permit for the main garage. Additional vehicles may be considered on an exception basis outside of peak season. There is a $20 fee for each additional vehicle. Parking in the main garage is limited to 1 vehicle.

Apr 2023The condo was everything the listing said it was and more and being within walking distance to the pier and pier park and lots of restaurant options was very nice . One of of best family vacations so far ! Highly recommend renting this condo !

Sep 2022Had a great vacation. the beach was very nice.liked WALKING OUT OF THE BUILDING AND RIGHT ONTO THE BEACH. the BEACH STAFF WAS GREAT. they WERE THE ONLY ONES WE HAD ANY CONTACT WITH WHILE STAYING AT YOUR CONDOS.would RECOMMEND YOUR FACILITY TO OTHER PEOPLE. my partner STAYED WITH YOU LAST YEAR AND SHE REALLY LIKED IT. she WAS THE ONE WHO WANTED TO REVISIT YOUR FACILITY. glad WE STAYED THERE.

Jul 2022This was a beautiful property so clean with an incredible view . The location is perfect so many things in walking distance I think we left the condo once in cars . Loved this place and will be back .

Apr 2022Very nice condo, clean and plenty of room for 5 adults. Communication was beyond excellent especially check in and out information. Condo was exactly as described. Prefect location for first timer’s to pcb.

Aug 2021The unit is outstanding, any issues were very minor and no fault of the owner. This resort was very very busy in mid July so plan ahead. You can hear quite a bit of noise but this was in large part to the busy time and a lot of teens driving the strip music blaring and reving engines and being loud at pool and beach. The option of reserved parking is a great option but our spot was tight. Again plan ahead we knew it would be as we drove a large SUV. Only reason I give a 4 on location was again due to busy time. Actually location would be awesome during less busy times.

Jul 2021We had a great vacation at this condo. The owner was always quick to respond and was very helpful. The condo was just as advertised. We loved that it was on the fourth floor, great views and could still take the stairs or use the elevator that just went from floors 1-4. Also could easily walk to all the stuff at pier park.

May 2021This property was gorgeous! It was exactly as described and extremely clean! There’s great furniture out on the balcony for late night drinks/snacks and a fully stocked kitchen for meals if you cook in. On top of an ideal location, steps from white sand and the beautiful green Gulf, Pier Park directly across the street is an added bonus! We spent most of our evenings there, doing various family things and made some time for adults!
Everything is nearby such as pizza, ice cream, Starbucks, many chain restaurants, mamas and papas, some of the best oysters you will ever eat. There’s tons of shopping and some thing for everyone! PCB is an ideal vacation spot if you want to visit Panama City Beach without renting a car! EVERYTHING is in walking distance! I’ve heard people say that Calypso is a bit more expensive than the others… Well in this case you get what you pay for! Can’t wait to come back🌴👍🌞

Jan 2021Gorgeous view and tastefully decorated which makes it feel like home! One of the bedrooms is a bit small, but it has a twin over full bunk bed that accommodated one of my teen sons. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

Dec 2020Spent a couple weeks here early November 2020 on a Workcation… Check in was smooth went straight to the unit and used the door code I was sent (no checking in or waiting in lines). The unit itself had some everyday wear and tear but was clean and worked well for us. Great view from the 4th floor unit, easy access to the beach and heated pool. The location is within a 5 minute walk to Pier Park which has Shops, Bars, and resturants among other attractions. Under better circumstances we would have spent more time at Pier Park but chose to cook most our meals in which the unit had everything we needed to do that (except groceries ). The Wi-Fi worked great and had no trouble connecting and working from location. We loved the patio/deck furniture high top table and chairs very comfortable and put you up above the railing for a better view, we actually wrote down the brand and are ordering a set for our deck at home. Easy access to the parking structure across the street with a connecting walkway on the 3rd floor to building, had the whole 4th floor of garage to ourselves. Check out was as easy just texted the rental company when we left, would definitely stay here again.

Dec 2020When all the plans for Thanksgiving changed for us and some friends due to all the lockdowns. We looked for a getaway and found this great spot last minute. The condo was great, clean and location was amazing, 4th floor so had a great view of the pool and beach as well as the sunset. It was also a block away from pier park so we never really had to get in our car to leave we had restaurants, shopping and bar's within walking distance. As for the pool it was great temperature and very clean. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The owner was great to work with and communication was outstanding. Truly nice to have found something so relaxing and stress free in the middle of all that is going on these days.

Jul 2020We stay at Calypso every year and had never stay in this unit. This unit was very nice and clean. If you haven’t stay at Calypso before you should its so close to everything that you don’t need a car you can walk every where.

Dec 2018This is the perfect condo for 2 families, having 3 bedrooms (one with bunk beds), 2 full bathrooms, an open kitchen-dining-livingroom area, high-speed WIFI and a TV in every room. The condo was clean and decorated as pictured. The balcony overlooking the ocean and pool was even larger than pictured with 2 high tables, 4 bar chairs and a chaise lounger. There are doors to the balcony from both the livingroom and the master bedroom. The balcony gets good sun even on cold days, which feels wonderful to those of us from the north. The sunrises and sunsets over the ocean are gorgeous, especially with the pier in sight. The Calypso is in the perfect location just a long block away from the action at Pier Park. The fine white sand beaches are a pleasure to walk on. This was my second time staying at one of Jenny's condos at the Calypso, and it won't be my last. She is highly responsive to calls and texts, and has the booking process thoroughly streamlined. As a bonus, she is a very nice person.
