Comfortable and spacious 1150 sq. ft., 2 level townhouse condominium with new interior updates. Just one of our seven 2 bedroom units available! This unit comes with every amenity that you need to enjoy your home away from home including: 2 bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, a full sized kitchen, spacious dining and living areas, 3 TV's, washer and dryer, gas fireplace, upper and lower decks and plenty of closet space. King in the master with bath attached, 2nd bedroom can be a king or two twins with additional twin bunkbeds in the same 2nd bedroom. Bedrooms are upstairs and the kitchen & living area downstairs. Our location is second to none! Easy access to town and front door access to Sun Valley's ski lifts, bike path and the Big Wood River. Aug 2022We were grateful to find a property that welcomed our small dog and were surprised by the warmth of the Pennay's community-very friendly and welcoming. The unit hasn't been updated recently but was comfortable and we had all we needed. Thank you, Cheri, for your great communication and responsiveness.

This is our second time staying at Pennay's and will hopefully not be the last. Although slightly dated in decor, the Unit 19 was clean and had everything we needed. Great location with easy access to slopes, river trail, and downtown. No car necessary, but if you do have one recommend driving north to Stanley. The scenery is amazing and hot springs too! Thanks to Cheri for the recommendation.

Aug 2021We loved the location (hiking, biking, fishing, walk to town, all just steps out your door). We enjoyed the community feeling of Pennays, lots of families. Very quiet at night. Kitchen very sparse, but we enjoy eating out at the many great restaurants in SV.

Aug 2021My husband and I and our Labrador, Bailey had a wonderful week staying at Pennay’s. It worked out great and the location was perfect and we can not wait to come back this winter and stay there again when we come up to go skiing. The management was very responsive , our condo was well stocked and nice and spacious and very clean. We met lots of really nice people who also were visiting Sun Valley and staying there with their dogs so Bailey had a great time too. We look forward to coming back this winter ! Thank you !

Our group of grandparents, parents, and grandkids had a fabulous Sun Valley summer stay. Rode the gondola and chair to the top of baldy and fished the Big Wood,both within a short walk from our back door. Walked to town for some great meals and shopping. Pennays has always been our favorite in the winter for skiing and now in the summer!

The unit is a little outdated in a pleasant 80's ski condo vibe and it has some unusual lighting configurations, but that was fine by us because we wanted a dog-friendly condo right next to park areas.

We stayed in unit 19 for 3 nights. The ski lift is a 2-3 minute walk, and the apartment has all the modern amenities. We might make it a habit of staying at Pennay's at River Run each year since we had such a great time.

We have stayed here many times over the years and keep coming back for the fabulous location, and nice people who run Pennays. Scant supplies if you are any kind of a cook (I have learned to bring what I need)...but things are always clean and if a problem arises they are quick to solve the issue. Already booked for next year!!

We had the best weekend in Ketchum! Pennay’s was clean and well kept. The furnishings were dated, but in great condition. The location was perfect and we would love to come back during ski season! The kids had fun in the hot tub and we loved hanging on the picnic tables chatting and watching them play. There were a few dogs with other guests, they all seemed to get along and it was a fun experience in the courtyard with guests sitting on their decks. Overall a great place.
