In the center of everything very clean and welcoming staff

Location, able to pickup keys at apartments- lock box provided, office next door for any queries ,security gate, very clean pool area

Would have been good to have sunbeds provided but grassed area okay

great view, everything you could need for a self catering holiday. spotless clean good communication re booking in collecting keys.

No satellite Tv or English channels not even BBC news. No sun beds or chairs to sit around the pool. would of been great if there was a few in the apartment to take down.

Location was really good . Apartment was a lot better than expected.

Room serviced one a week that was only a bed change. No cleaning. But it was nice to be left with privacy

The apartment was just what we wanted. Great layout with lovely closed in balcony area, nice size bedroom, good sized living room, good bathroom with a great shower. I particularly liked the welcome pack in the kitchen. Easy walking distance to pretty well everywhere in Benidorm. Communication by the company was excellent as they kept us up to date with everything by email, WhatsApp and text messages.

The apartment was spotless, with excellent facilities. I would recommend staying
