This place was incredible. The best apartment I ever rented.

Location is excellent

The Apartment was in the 3rd Floor and the Elevator was broken, a notice document was attached, which proves that the issue happened more than 1 day earlier. The owner did not inform us in advance. Anyway, I had to carry 6 heavy bags by myself all the way to the 3rd floor with my kids and the lights were switching off frequently, which made it even more difficult.

The apartment is huge (255 m2), clean, comfortable beds, well equipped and in a really great location (3 minutes walk from Gran Via and 5 minutes walk from Royal Palace). The host was always available.

Nothing

We had a big group with us and several small kids. It was very accommodating for families with young kids. They even provided a baby cot for us.

It was cold. I don’t feel like the heater in the master bedroom or bathroom worked very well

The staff (Almudrna, Raul) were great and flexible for the check-in as our flight was delayed, we really appreciated that!! Great appartement in the center of Madrid. 5min walk from Mercado San Miguel, Gran Via (shopping), Calle de la cava Baja (street with lots of typical local food restaurants). Perfect stay, thank you! 5 bedrooms (2x double beds, 2x single beds and last room has a bunk bed).
