Very friendly welcome and even earlier access to the apartment for check-in. The apartment is perfect for a bigger group of friends. You have a huge common room where everyone can meet, super comfortable couch, and a fantastic view from the balcony on top of the roof over the city. There is also an Irish Pub very close by if you like to party. The furniture and how the rooms are decorated it luxury and high quality. You really are in the center of Dubrovnik. Highly recommend.

Loved the excellent location and size of the apartment! It was very comfortable and well equipped with a great balancing for sunset drinks!

Very noisy pub below but quitened down around midnight!

The location, the space, the rooftop terrace, great AC, every bedroom had its own toilet and shower.

The steps, exposed stairway might be dangerous with young kids, was fine with adults. This place is better than advertised.

Brilliant apartment in the heart of Dubrovnik old town.

Gorgeous, massive 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom apartment in the heart of Dubrovnik. Views from the Terrace were incredible.

Dragging our suitcases up 4 flights of stairs, but worth it for the views!

One of the nicest apartments I have ever stayed in. Would recommend.

Beautiful apartment - loads of space & excellent facilities. New bathrooms & kitchen, along with quirky decorating, which really worked well. Superb location right in the middle of the old town. Has a decent sized balcony, which is unusual for a property in that location.

Dubrovnik old town has a lot of stairs & this apartment is no different. Also as it's in the middle of the action, there's some noise at night (it quietens down after midnight). The bedrooms at the back of the property are quieter than the ones at the front.

Great sized apartment, we loved the central location which made it a great base for exploring Dubrovnik old town. We especially liked having the roof terrace to spend time on with great views over the city.

The noise from the pubs in the road was loud on the Friday evening, and to a lesser extent on the Saturday. It wasn't a problem for us, but be aware if you are sharing bedrooms that a couple of the ensuites don't have separate doors within the room.

Very good

Beautiful space, lots of room for 4 couples. Very convenient location just off the Stradum near many restaurants and shops. Lovely terrace on top floor.

The stairs with luggage were quite the climb but we knew that and know that the age and charm of these old buildings preclude elevators. Some issues with electric outlets. Be aware that the check in to get keys are located a block or so from the property at a hotel.

The door was VERY tricky to unlock and lock. It took many times to get it each time! More help with that would have been awesome.

Stay in Dubrovnik

The apartment was in old town it was comfortable but I didn’t realise one of the double beds was a sofa bed - not what I wanted! It had a lovely Balcony

The location the apartments are next to the Irish bar so there is an all pervading smell of fried food and chips on the lovely balcony - it was very noisy at night with people singing in the bar

The BEST place to stay in Dubrovnik Old Town

Huge, bright and clean. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Amazing location, can be a little noisy at night but everything stops at midnight.

Nothing, perfect place for a group of friends.

Passable

The location of the apartment is phenomenal - right in the middle of the old town in Dubrovnik. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. The check-in and check-out process were easy and they allowed us to store our suitcases before our apartment was ready, which we really appreciated it.

While the apartment does have AC, it is not very strong. One of the rooms is in the attic where it gets quite warm. The two friends that were supposed to sleep in the attic room ended up sleeping on the couch both nights given how uncomfortably warm it was. The host told us the guests after us did not have this issue - so we may simply have gotten unlucky, though would have been nice for the host to acknowledge this discomfort. In addition, there are four bathrooms that are all en-suite. However, two of the four are completely open (i.e. no door closing off the bathroom). Beware of this if you are going with friends!

Perfect stay in heart of Dubrovnik!

Best possible location! We loved the decor and the big terrace overlooking the church and courtyard was lovely. We could hear the sounds of the old town all around us which added to the ambience. Lots of stairs to get up to our top floor apartment, but it’s definitely worth it. A great experience all the way around.

Really excellent - already planning my return!

Location was fantastic, right in the centre! Really spacious living area and rooms and very comfortable beds. The fact that every room had an en-suite was amazing! Generally very clean. The rooftop was really nice with beautiful views. The host was accommodating and allowed us to check-put a bit later and leave luggage at the nearby hotel. He also helped to take our luggage up (there are a few flights of stairs to go up to get to the flat and there's no lift).

The decor was a little strange (there was a half mannequin body in one of the rooms). The room on the top floor didn't have blinds on the windows so a lot of light came into the room every morning. Some of the bathrooms were open plan with the room so there was no privacy. The Irish pub next door could get loud and the smell from the pub kitchen came into the house at times.
