Amazing apartments for the price just not the best walk to it

Rooms and facilities were amazing for the prize... With 360 balcony views, great showers and spacious living areas.

Quite far away from the main strip (about a 15-20min walk) with a steep hill and a lot of stairs to walk up to the building but overall the walk isn't that bad

would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone and if travelling to Benidorm again would stay again in this apartmen

only one heater as it was very cold and needed a couple more blankets

Very poor

Breathtaking views. Washing machine, coffee machine, cleaning pack were all thoughtful and useful.

Apartment was very dated. Bathrooms need updating. Sleeps 5 yet boiler only supplies enough hot water for one person to have a quick shower. Windows rattle and open in the wind (not great on 19th floor in kids room 😬). I'm sure it's fine in the warmer months but it was uncomfortably cold in the winter, the one heater being in the far corner of the apartment gives zero effect to the bedrooms. Each bed had 1 thin cotton sheet and a thin blanket. Main bed was noisy, uncomfortable and mattress very old, in need of replacement and covered in a crunchy plastic sheet. We slept on the sofa. 60e booking fee was refunded on arrival and 200e holding fee refunded 24hrs after leaving bur neither fee was made very clear. All in all, although clean, a very grubby feel.

Superb

Really stunning views- even better in person! Quiet, clean and spacious apartment and quiet rooms. Comfy beds and plenty of wardrobe storage - enough room for 5 people to sleep comfortably. Helpful and friendly reception staff who greeted us at the desk with the keys. Plenty of towels etc. Good location with shops and bars within 5-10 min walk. Great value for money!

Shower temperature was hit and miss, half of the time the water was cold. Wifi connection not great.

The view of the sea , big size balcony

How dirty it was , poor service , veds very hard ,.no.oven , dirt round the walls , floor dirty , walls thin could hear next door talking, no welcome message giving you directions on what to.do , no listening on how to.check in and out , no.infomastion on where things are , swimming pool bloody cold

Everything. Apartments are spotless have everything you need for a self-catering holiday. Very spacious and views amazing.There just like home from home love them. Staff are very helpful and nothing is to much bother.Pool area is lovely and also very clean. This is my second time at these apartments. Will definitely be going back. They are on a hill maybe a little steep with anyone with walking difficulties but I wouldn't let that stop me as the views and apartments are well worth it. Thankyou again for your hospitality

The views over Benidorm are great.The apartment is well equipped

Some of the apartments are residential and the one next to us had 4 small yappy dogs which woke us at 4am.Only the towels get changed and not the bedding on the Thursday.The Bathrooms need a serious upgrade.Beds are really uncomfortable.

The property was good value for money but definitely needs some construction.

The views were beautiful from the balconies, and the pool was really nice. Good access to the pain roads if you don’t want to walk up the hills.

We struggled to sleep at night due to having one air con unit in the flat which was in the living room. It states as well on booking.com that the flat has air-con, I was expecting ventilation throughout the apartment. My friend got too warm and had to sleep on the sofa bed in living room. Also the flat was falling apart. We went as two couples and we couldn’t shut our bedroom door or our en-suite one. The walls were crumbling and progressively getting worse.

Great location stunning views.

The location and views are something else. Hearing the sea and seeing the changes of the view on 3 sides was amazing. Rooms are comfortable and airy. cleaned every 3 days and linen changed. The 3 balconies just were a wonderful way of relaxing. The Kitchen is well equipped with microwave washing machine coffee machine fridge freezer. Couldn't fault it to be honest. 4 of us comfortably fitted and room for another 1 or 2. Gabriel is a lovely man very friendly and approachable. There is a handy vending machine as well with water beer etc.
