No tenía nada que ver con lo que muéstran en la web, un apartamento para cuatro persona con menos de 25 metros cuadrados, un mini frigorífico para una estancia de 9 días, dos literas en medio del la habitación un verdadero chasco la primera y última vez que reservo en este sitio

the location was excellent, parking was very convenient, ideal for skiing or nipping out for drinks/dinner.

Having to make beds etc after a long drive and full days skiing, but that’s just me being lazy.

The apartment was very well located, at walking distance from the ski tracks, and clean. It's also great that they allow pets, and free of charge. It's quite hard to find accomodation when you travel with your dog, and even harder for free. I liked that the water in the shower came out with high pressure and super hot. It's something to appreciate when you get back from skiing. It was possible to leave the car in a covered parking lot within the same building. Very practical. The reception was easy to find and the staff was nice.

The description of the apartment stated that it had oven, dishwasher and washing machine, but it didn't have any of them. One of the heaters was leaking water, and the mattress was uncomfortable. The key that they gave us to open the parking door didn't work. They made us go to Soldeu to pick up the keys, when the apartment was in El Tarter and we saw that they have another office there. If we wouldn't have had our own car, that would have been problematic. On the last night we had very noisy guests on the apartment above, who were moving furniture and screaming the whole night.
