Servicio lamentable. Ambiente hostil.

Las vistas a la montaña eran bonitas, junto al sonido del rio. Se podia dormir estupendamente. La ubicación al lado del remolque, era cercana

El servicio fue lamentable . Nada mas llegar el seguridad nos trató de manera maleducada a la hora de recoger las tarjetas. Después al llegar a tu habitación, te encuentras las sabanas encima de tu cama sin hacer, te lo tienes que hacer todo.Y por la noche un vigilante nos pidió si teníamos estupefacientes.

Fantastic for the price, best location and comfortable rooms

Fantastic location! We had a suit with two bunks and two double bunks. Really well supplied kitchen (thank god for the coffee machine!) and great shower room.

It was a little hard to work out if the main reception was for our property or not - I hadn't realised that the whole block was managed by the same place. The toilet room was a bit run down but perfectly functional.

1. Location was good. 2. Lifts were next to the hotel. 3. The trails were amazing. 4. The people were very nice and friendly.

1. No "blue" trails in this location. They had 1 blue trail but it was closed. In order to use "blue" trail we had to go to different locations. 2. Beds were not comfortable. 3. Lifts were not operating according to the schedule. They were closing 15 min earlier. One time we had difficulty returning to Pas de la Casa because the lifts closed early without any notice. We had to use last lift opened. The issue was that it only had double black diamond slopes. It was extremely difficult to get the young child down. 4. Although I wrote few negatives I still would want to come back.

Disappointing

The good thing about the apartment was the location, really close to the ski slopes. But the apartment was absolutely uncomfortable, everything old, the beds were creaky with old low quality mattresses, the ceiling of the bathroom was covered in mold like the tiles and the shower curtain (see pictures). The door of the toilet got stuck and we couldn’t use it one morning until the maintenance came. We really NOT recommend this place.

location was great. rental shop at ground level is great.

very dated, beds aren’t very comfortable. lifts are very temperamental also. not easy walking up 5 flights of stairs in ski gear.

Overall did the job with a great location

Great location and plenty of things to do around the area

The walls were thin and neighbours were noisy. The lift didn’t always work and then you’re on the 6th floor it’s hard work.

Value for money

Close to the slopes, ski lockers easy to access and good space, spacious apartment. Value for money and as expected. Warm room with everything we needed for the stay.

Large groups having parties in the room next to us until 3am keeping everyone awake. Shared balcony area was dirty with littered egg shells (??) and cigarette butts.

Perfect for some days during the summer for walking in the mountains.

Studio with all the necessary things. Perfect for some days during the summer for walking in the mountains. Frontera Blanca is right on the alp where the cabin starts. We walked up the meadow surrounded by cows to a magnificent lake. Parking your car can be complicated, so we parked our car beyond the roundabout on the border parking lot just in France. Only 7 minutes walking to/from the studio.

For our purposes - group of friends needing only simple, good value accommodation on the slopes, this was ideal.

It's not luxury and main issue is noise. Design and materials of the building means that noise travels and reverberates so it doesn't need some people to be especially noisy for noise to travel.

it was a 4 bed apartment , for 4 people . but only 1 room with bunk beds and 2 sofas and 1 small wardrobe
