L'Àguila is a benchmark of Modernism in Palma, was built by the well-known architect Gaspar Bennàssar and, for the first time, opens its doors as a tourist accommodation. Completely renovated inside but retaining its unique iron structure that creates wavy shapes on its facade photographed by everyone who visits the island. The route through the representative monuments of this cultural movement of which Gaudí, who gives name to one of our suites was the biggest promoter, has as a mandatory stop this building considered Historical Heritage of Palma. From the summer of 2018 anyone who is on the island has the opportunity to stay in it. Its great interior brightness, its high ceilings and its beautiful design make l'Àguila a unique place to stay in the old town of Palma, from where you can walk the streets of the center, go to the Cathedral, shopping or eating an ensaimada. The apartment ÀGUILA SUITES PENTHOUSE is completely renovated and all furniture and appliances are new. It is a duplex penthouse located on the fourth floor of the building which will have direct and private access from the elevator. The house is distributed as follows: on the lower floor you will find 2 double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and another bathroom. On the upper floor, there is a large living room with 2 sofa beds, table and chairs for up to 6 people. A large windows with stunning views of the city, the Serra and the Bellver Castle, in the same open space is the kitchen, equipped with all the necessary utensils for your holidays: Nespresso, oven-microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, kettle , toaster, etc; The terrace, overlooking the old town of Palma and the sea, where you can enjoy beautiful breakfasts in the Mediterranean sun while you have the privilege of observing the upper ornamental part of the building, unique elements of wrought iron that characterizes the Àguila. In addition, the apartment has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, bath towels and Wi-Fi. It is located in the Plaza del Marqués de Palmer, just after the Plaza Mayor. It is one of the most commercial areas of the Mallorcan capital, all kinds of shops, cafes and restaurants around, in addition to live music, street artists and a lot of atmosphere during the day that at night, becomes quiet. Plaza España is a few minutes away and from there, you can take buses or trains to any place on the island, including the famous Sóller Railway. The popular Mercat de l'Olivar is a 5-minute walk away, where you can buy all kinds of top quality products. You will enjoy all the services in the area: supermarkets at 2 minutes, bars and restaurants, pharmacies, opticians, etc. In less than 5 minutes you can visit the Plaza de Cort (City Hall) or you will arrive at the Cathedral among many other activities that Palma de Mallorca offers.

Absolutely beautiful apartment with stunning views over the City. Great location close to some very nice bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and hopefully we will be back!

We loved our stay. Close to restaurants, bars and amenities. Spectacular views from spectacular balcony. Great fun watching tourists taking pictures of us on the balcony!! (Historical building). Reminder for persons with mobility issues that the unit is over 2 floors and both bathrooms are on the lower floors with the bedrooms. Fabulous

wonderful property, beautiful view from penthouse terrace; check in with noemi was easy and she was readily accessible if we had any questions; really cool to have your access to the property by keyed elevator; kitchen could have used a few more pans (sheet pan), but otherwise we had a great stay!

A beautiful place to spend the summer. The tranquil rooftops of Palma and the buzz of the streets below. Naika and her team were fabulous , I didn’t want to leave. All my children had a amazing time, looking forward to returning. Todd

The apartment offers very nice views over the city! The location is perfect if you want to explore the city center. The penthouse is very modern and offers everything for a nice weekend stay! The communication with the host was easy and very flexible. Recommendation!

We had a great time in Palma and the apartment was located centrally which gave easy access to the beautiful old town as well as the train and bus stations. The apartment has everything you could need for an enjoyable stay. Also quick and responsive communication from Carlos made things very easy.

We could not have asked for a better host and a better 2 bedroom and 2 bath to stay. The mattresses were very comfortable and the flat had everything you need. We especially enjoyed the views from almost every room. We sat on the terrace overlooking the city view with a glass of wine. The bakery in the next building was great for breakfast and sandwiches. A Nespresso machine in the kitchen was also provided with plenty of coffee. Gaston was there to help us check in, park and carry our luggage to the elevator. We will definitely return soon and rent this flat again. We rented a second flat for my sister and brother-in-law from Germany. They too had a nice flat, deck, elevator, location with only a 10 minute walk to our flat. Thank you, Carlos and Gaston for a fabulous stay in Mallorca.
