Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. Mariya is the most incredible host we've ever met. She is very friendly, helpful and kind, willing to attend any request. First the location is great - it is close to other villages and beaches in the area, which is good for exploring. It is near the beach and one could hear the soothing sound of the waves. The place itself is a real fairytale - it is quite, with really nice decoration and art pieces, with very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The room we had was very cozy and we had everything we needed! The owner is a very friendly and polite woman - she also gave us recommendations what to see and where to go. We highly recommend visiting place and we hope to visit it again!

We loved everything about this place! Beautifully designed, very clean, spacious, modern. Mariya is the best host ever, she provided us with lots of valuable information. And the best thing is that she invited us to move to bigger studio when it became available so that we can have more comfort since it was raining during our stay. We liked everything - the location was nice and easy to find, close to many other villages and beaches. As everyone mentions in reviews - Mariya is a super amazing host, she spent her time explaining us all the details about neighborhoods, places to eat, beaches - everything đ It is seen that she takes a very good care about the property. It was the cleanest apartment we have stayed in Halkidiki so far. For me personally cleanliness is always a priority 1 in hotels, and here I felt myself soo comfortable - everything was impeccably clean! Besides, the interior details create a special mood. My kids really loved this place as well - there were even lots of toys outside in the yard. I definitely recommend Mariyaâs property to those, who are searching for a good quality service. I am certainly willing to come back in future. Once more - big thanks to Mariya đ I wish her a very busy seasonđ

We enjoyed every minute of our stay! Definitely coming back soon. The property is gorgeous, with immaculate attention to detail. You can clearly see that was made with love and and a lot of talent. Beautiful decoration, super clean, serene location with lovely gardens and the sea only few steps away. Maria is such a lovely hostess, so helpful and attentive. She is very sweet and kind & made us feel so welcomed. We can't recommend it enough!

The host Mariya was one of the best we had ever met on our travels. She is a very kind, helpful, and friendly person. Also, she is an artist who did all the accommodation decorations. Her place is the perfect spot to relax and escape the everyday rush. It's very close to the beach, and they provide you with beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels. The room was perfectly clean and had everything you need to stay without missing anything and even more. Attention to detail in the whole place is very high and makes the whole stay even better. We will return there at the first chance we have. Cannott recommend it enough :)

The host Mariya is the most kind and helpful owner I ever met. We felt like home, she spoiled us with fruits and vegetables from her garden, she prepared for us a file with very useful recommendations. The place looks amazing, very stylish and clean. The internet works very good and the terrace is perfectly designed for spending a wonderful time there. Everything smells nice and looks gorgeous. Mariya is an artist, everything is designed and made by her with much care and taste.
The place is close to the sea and the beach/village of Nea Skioni with tavernas and cafes (1.5 km)
We can't wait to come back!

We stayed here for 10 days during our family vacation, and had a great time. The garden is beautiful and relaxing, the apartment was spacious, daily cleaned and very well equipped (kitchen, terrace, beach equipment, baby cot). Everything is decorated with interesting artwork, which gives the space a really nice touch.
Thereâs a wild pebble beach nearby, which is beautiful when the sea is calm, and the water is amazing (few meters of pebble on the entrance, but the sand is further on).
The host Maria is amazing, friendly and welcoming, available at any time for anything you need.

The place is simply beautiful! The ownerâs touch is priceless and can be seen in every detail. There is concern for the guestsâ comfort that goes way beyond cleanliness (which is spotless) or providing necessary items. Maria and her aide make everybodyâs stay a beautiful experience; not a day passed by without being offered guidance as to local gems, being asked if we needed anything else, or having a nice chat.
The place is a very quiet one (at least in September), so the cars and scooters passing by during the night could be heard in the apartment we had. Possibly the windows donât isolate noise well enough, still it was not an issue because the traffic on the street is not heavy.

We had some good hosts in Greece...and we had great ones, but Maria...Maria is beyond words! She gives life and brings magic to the place! The amazing garden and gorgeous, impeccably clean apartments are simply a piece of heaven! I have never felt so welcomed and well taken care of. And that is all due to Maria and her absolute dedication to this place and the people she welcomes here.
The beach nearby is like from a movie - it is a beach with pebbles and rocks and blue sea that gives such a calming and peaceful vibe. The place is quiet and luxuriously green.
To a more practical point of view, Mariya Art Living offers a perfectly clean, fully equipped and functional accommodation space (it even has a beach umbrellas and chairs you can use) . There is a every nice lady cleaning the apartment every day (or as often as you wish), changing towels and bed sheets.
I will not describe here all the nice surprises Maria offers her guests because you should definitely see and experience those for yourselves!

We are a couple with a 10yr old girl and we spent wonderful 12 days at Maryiaâs property in August 2022. Maryia (our host) was very obliging, she prepared a folder for us, with all the information about the beaches, shops, beach bars and restaurants in the area, so none of our time was wasted. The apartment was just as advertised â fully equipped, comfortable, clean and quiet. The local beach is not organized, but it is beautiful, sandy and peaceful. Other beaches in the area are also great. You will need a car to get the most from your holiday here. We would recommend this place to our friends, and also, we might come here again.

Maria, the owner, was very helpful, giving a lot of information about the area, recommended good restaurants and beaches. Daily, Maria offered herself for restaurant reservations or to find out if there is something to improve our stay.

There are so many wonderful things to say about the stay at Mariya Art Living. The property is new, impeccable, crispy white and you feel like entering a little piece of heaven. It is settled in a beautiful garden with olives trees and aromatic herbs, nicely decorated by Maria with her artistic touch. The apartment is cosy, elegant and perfectly equipped. There is peace, silence and a great relaxation feeling. Maria is the best host I have ever meet and I travel a lot. From her perfect recommendations of beaches and restaurants to the way she treats her guests. She is always there, taking care that you have everything you need, discreet and friendly. The apartment was in a great location next to the beach. Maria, the hostess was really friendly, helpful and offered us wonderful hospitality. The rooms were clean, spacious, cozy and had a unique decoration created by Maria's art. It is children friendly apartment with a big shared garden with toys for the children to play! We stayed 8 day in Maria Art Living, and it was truly an unforgettable holiday for my family. I stayed many different hotel in halkidiki before but I can definitely say that Maria Art Living is the best. Rooms was clean, well decorated and comfortable. The property is also modern and decorated with paintings which made by the owner of hotel. There is a parking area in front of the hotel. The surrounding area of hotel is so quiet and safe. Beach is too close to hotel but I recommend other beaches which are 15-20 minutes far from hotel. The most important thing that makes the hotel valuable is the owner of hotel MARIA. She helped us lot to have a gorgeous holiday, She is very kind and helpful. She recommended many restaurants and beaches to us and all of them was perfect. She did everything for us feel at home. So I can say that she is the best host I have ever seen. Thanks for everything Maria.. I highly recommend Maria Art Living to anyone wishing to visit Halkidiki. We will definitely visit again Maria next year. We already booked our room for next year : )

A great communicative place with modern, functional, quiet and peaceful apartments. The place is near a beach with crystal water. Itâs amazing place for a vacation with children! The Mariya Art living has provided us with everything needed to make our holiday comfortable and enjoyable. Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. We stayed for one week at apartment no.103, equipped with everything you need. Bed was comfortable, kitchen compact, nice bathroom, and the whole building is new, with terrace (be aware of mosquitos). You need a car to explore the area, which is usually recommended when you go to Greece holidays. The area is residential so very quiet and a wonderful break from the city.
Maria is the host and she is the best. It is like you go at holiday at your local friend who knows everything and shared with us the best places. She was very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever we had any questions. Very attentive and discreet at the same time. Thank you Maria from our family. Totally recommend it.

This was the first time for us (family of 5) visiting Greece - Halkidiki and we could not ask for a better introduction to this beautiful country. The accommodation has exceeded our expectation. Our apartment was super clean, spacious, fully air-conditioned, and very comfortable. The parking lot is just in front of the house with easy access. The surrounding area is fairly quiet, and the closest beach (only 60m from the apartment) was visited only by very few people and was just perfect for swimming - covered with pebbles on the shore and sand on the bottom of the sea. The host Mariya was very kind and resourceful. She attended to our every need and request. Her recommendations regarding, nearby beaches, restaurants, beach bars and Greek cuisine in general were very valuable and have tremendously enhanced our experience. Our 3 kids noted this was the best vacation of their lifetime and I and my wife can confirm the same. I highly recommend this place to anyone wishing to visit Halkidiki.

Everything in this place gives you a state of calmness and positiveness, creating the perfect conditions for a relaxing holiday. And all that is the result of Maria's work and kindness. We loved, the dogs loved it and our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer.

An amaizing week-long vacation for our whole family.
The property is modern and high-end, with traditional elements and paintings created by the owner that make it feel warmer, more personal. There is a large enclosed garden where you can enjoy some quiet time, also there are few properties in the vecinity so it's very quiet. We chose the executive suite with the wrap-around covered balcony which is definitely worth the extra cost.
The best thing from the whole experience is Mariya, the owner, who has been very helpful in personalizing our trip with great advice on what to visit, where the best restaurants/tavernas/beach bars were, not just on Kassandra, but also for our day trip to Thessaloniki, all to enhance our stay.
Thank you very much Mariya, we will definitely visit again next year.

By far the most beautiful location in the area. Modern architecture mixed with stylish artwork made by the lovely host Marya. She made sure that we wonât be missing anything and feel at home from the first second of our stay. The garden is an oasis of relaxation, the apartments are perfectly clean and well equipped. This is probably the most heartfelt review I've ever written. I spent the loveliest vacation ever at Mariya Art Living and the best birthday ever đĽł. The place is like a little piece of heaven on earth. The garden (my favourite part and probably my dog's also) is amazing, lots of space, beautifully decorated with so many surprising details everywhere, music playing during the day, the sound of birds singing. The room I stayed in (pet friendly) was huge, beautifully decorated, sparkly clean, felt like home. Everything is minimalistic and artsy, getting you in a state of zen like. The place is very quiet and close to many beautiful beaches, reachable by car, either on the East or West side of Kassandra. But, the cherry on top and what made this trip really amazing, was the host. Mariya was so helpful from the very beginning, like a tourist guide providing you with all information and details, which beaches to visit, best food restaurants, instructions for logistics, etc. And, ofc, since I spent my birthday there, she went to great effort to make it memorable, offering support to a friend back home to prepare a surprise for me. Speechless! All in all, there aren't enough words to describe the experience, all I can say is that I would give this place 100 points if I could đ. The room was very clean, decorated with style and has everything you need to feel good or even to prepare your own food. There is a small beach meters from the house where you can feel undisturbed.

We spend a wonderful holiday thanks to the exceptional hospitality of our host Mariya, a passionate person, artist and art of living lover who put an exceptional effort to make such a nice place to spend time in.
The appartment is confortable, well organized and fully equiped, lovely designed, decorated with her own colorfull peaces of art, arranged with lots of love and good taste.
The terassse is spacious and very pleasant for relaxing looking on the peacefull garden with olive trees. Situated very near a little quiet pebble beach with clear water and lots of other beaches not far away by car.
Mariyasâ care about her guests, her precious advises about activities, nice places to visit and very good restaurants â made our stay even better. Great host that we hope to meet again soon!
