Peaceful, inspiring and comfortable home with stunning views.

Stunning panoramic view, a very comfortable apartment with generous amenities, a kind, gracious and very helpful host. The property really lived up to it's name - our stay was very harmonious. I highly recommend this property.

Nice apartment but espacially for the price there were to many upsetting things, so for me not worth the money…

Nice apartment, the view is great. Location is good, you can easily walk to the beach etc.

The elevator did not work for half of the time and judging by the sounds it made before, this might be a recurring problem. So then the 8th floor all of the sudden isn‘t that great anymore… The beds were comfortable but my friend (who stayed in a different room) got a rash which looked like bed bugs. You can not pay with credit card which i only got to know when asking the host myself. Because getting that kind of money quickly in CV can be tricky I ended up paying by bank transfer, which costed me more money… Carlos, the host, did not show up at the agreed time at check-out. So after waiting for almost an hour i left the keys with the security guard…did not receive an explanation or anything from him why he did not show up.

Very big new apartment with amazing views, super friendly host Carlos 🙌🏽 there is a supermarket downstairs, which is super comfortable, about 10 mins walk to the beautiful beach and about 15 to the center of the city 👍🏼 will come again 🫶🏽

Panoramic view!

Very comfortable, clean apartment with an incredible view. Nicely decorated and has everything you need. Comfortable bed, amazing hot water shower. A supermarket on the ground floor was a plus.

Amazing

The flat was amazing, the decoration is awesome, the view beautiful and it had everything we needed. The location is also great, it is 20 minutes by foot to the city center and less than 10 min to the beach.

A little gem in Mindelo

I really enjoyed my stay here - I was partly working and travelling so it was important for me to have a place that felt like home, with all the amenities one could dream of. There’s a nice shop and cafe right below the apartment and you can easily walk to the beach or take a taxi. There are hardly any tourists right now in Sao Vicente so it’s the perfect timing to visit. Carlos was an incredible host - ask him for the local restaurant tips and day tours. Cape Verde is very beautiful so make sure you find the hidden gems and fully explore the island.

The views. The comfort.

Spacious and beautifully decorated apartment with stunning views on 3 sides (East, West & North). Furniture is qualitative and comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the WiFi is stable and the satellite TV / Chromecast / Harman Kardon Bluetooth speaker make it easy to stay connected with the rest of the world while feeling right at home. One could easily stay in this apartment for weeks. Amazing place.

Hardly a downside, but no washing machine liquid is provided. So bring some of your own if you're planning a short stay and wish to use this facility. Also keep in mind that São Vicente is a windy island and that sometimes the wind gusts quite hard against a tall building like this one. Nothing to worry about, but you do hear it occasionally.

Beautifully decorated apartment, very well equipped with everything you need to have a pleasant stay. Excellent reception by the host Carlos.

The strong wind hitting the building was a bit scary at first 😅

The appartement is very beautiful and very modern. It's the perfect place to stay in Mindelo. The host was wonderful and gave us a lot of good advice. We love this place and will return for sure when we will have the opportunity again 😊
