New, modern clean apartment. It is well equipped! The only plus thing which would have been nice are beach towels next to the pool

Good location - not far from Babe beach which was good for kids and about 2km walk on promenade to town centre. Lots of bars, restaurants and caffes around. Apartment was very nice and clean and had nearly everything we needed. Pool was also clean. I would come here again. Sea was warm, not deep so very good for kids.

Would be good to have microwave in apartment and at least one free cupboard to store brought food. Apart from that everything was ok. There was lots of cigarette butts on the beach but that is problem of humans mentality when one can’t walk two metres to throw their trash in the bin.

The staff was pleasant.

There was no sea view, and the description said - sea view. It was the main reason why we booked. No TV in the bedroom, and the internet was slow. There were ants in the kitchen and a bug in the refrigerator. The bed was hard and creaky. The apartment had no sound isolation, so we could hear our neighbors in the bathroom. The air conditioning smelled like mold. The bedding decoration was dirty.

Amazing apartment, couldn't have asked for more.

Charge for breaking glasses but there are very brittle. It is 2.2km from Novalja centre and off season, taxis are hard to come by.

We waited 2 hours for the key.

The apartment is spacious and really comfortable for 6 people especially due own bathroom for each bedroom. The pool was clean, serviced each morning. Beds are pretty comfortable, kitchen is equipped with everything you need for basic meals. The area itself is pretty calm, I'd say it depends a lot on the current tenants in the building, though every evening a security guard drives along to remind noisy tenants about silent hours. The nearest beach as well as promenade are in a walking distance, though getting to restaurants and shops is a bit longer walk. City center is a lovely 20-25mins walk by the sea.

There was only one remote control for A/C that we had to share for 3 separate units (bedrooms). The WiFi was quite slow.

It was clean with a pool.

Just a bit small but for the price is good enough. I didn’t expect more then this.

Clean, new very Nice… Good also for family with kids closed to Babe beach which was great for kids. We enjoyed a lot before busy season - more quit. When we were leaving joung people come and started to be noisy. In terms of accomodation and location great. In the evening nice walk to the town.
