Very good

The apartment is relatively new, nicely decorated. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and the only place were we could see marks of attrition was in the bathroom. It is well maintained and the building itself is nice, including the small garden. You don't have really a garden to spend time on but the terrace of each apartment is really big and with nice furniture so it's compensating. The kitchen is fair, you have everything you need. There is a supermarket 2 minutes walking and a Lidl 5 minutes by car. Overall is a good experience but I think that for the same money something better can be found in Nikitti.

The very big minus is the noise from the street, pick of the noise being around 5AM when the garbage truck is coming. Near the apartment there are two big trash cans that are being empty every morning and the noise is extremely loud if you stay with the windows open (and being summer you stay ;) ) The owners are ok, the only odd person (for us at least) was the senior of the family (the owners are living in the same building, downstairs). Apartment is not that close to the beach (10 minutes walking) is more close to the main road.

Nikiti garden apartment

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was a good size, clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated. The Kitchen was well equipped and had a full size fridge, stove top, microwave, toaster, electric jug among other useful things. The aircondioner works very well, however it is in the living room, so its not as cool in the bedroom. But still manages to cool room enough to be comfortable. There is A large balcony to sit at, surrounded by grassy garden and a quite neighbourhood to relax. There is free parking at the location. It is close to a supermarket, and walking distance to beach and restaurants. We stayed in the ground floor apartment. There are many beautiful beaches near Nikiti if you prefer not to be with crowds. I recommend this lovely apartment and hope to visit again

Only thing missing was a clothes washing machine, which if travelling is much needed.

The appartment is big, compared to others in the area. We had everything we needed, but the most important, the host is very friendly! We will definitelly come back!

Exceptional

Ideal for remote working: the internet wifi connexion is strong and stable, anytime. The host was very welcoming, The proximity of a supermarket is very conveninent (2 min), the sea is a 10 min walk. During the stay, the room was cleaned.

Very clean, new and modern apartament. Well equiped kitchen, confortable bed, good wifi, large terrace. Discreet, yet helpfull staff. Walking distance to a big supermarket. Safe parking în the courtyard.

It was a fantastic vacation for us and one of the important reasons is the apartment we stayed in.

The host allowed us to check in early in the morning. We were traveling with our 1 year old baby and I am very thankful for the hospitality. The apartment was soo great, clean, beautiful. The terrace was amazing. The backyard is really gorgeous. I have been to Nikiti 8 times but this is the greatest place.

I didn’t know that I have ti ask for cleaning if I wanted the apartment to get cleaned. I advice the host to tell this. Some people say it’s noisy because of the cars but I didn’t notice. We always travel with white noise machine maybe this is the reason I didn’t heard the noise.

We enjoyed our stay at Kalli‘s apartment and would recommend to others.

The apartment is really nice and well equipped. The 2 bathrooms were really convenient for us since we were 2 families. Balcony is really spacious with 2 sitting areas wich was good for hanging out in the evening. The hosts are really pleasant and nice. There is a big parking in the back of the house and the supermarket and bakery are within walking distance.

No hot water in the morning. The hosts don’t speak English very well. Relatively far away from the beach which is ok if you plan to go to other beaches by car. Cleaning on request ( they should’ve just cleaned when we were out).

modern, good furniture, comfortable bed, nice Terrasse with good chairs. 3 beds in the bedroom. well equipped kitchen. very good Wi-Fi. very nice owner and always available. property well maintained.

it is right on the street and sometimes cars pass by. this could make some noise and be disturbing for people sensitive to noise.

Everything was great. It’s a wonderful place to stay. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and it’s very clean and tidy. The location is also perfect. There are 2 bakeries and a big grocery store right behind the apartment and the center is a 10-minute walk away. I would definitely be happy to stay in the same place next time.

A very good accommodation!

The apartment was new, nice, very clean: both inside and outside, very close to the supermarkets, well equipped, very large balcony, very kind hosts.

Not very close to the beach, but it wasn’t a problem, because we went to other ones.

Everything was perfect!

Location is great, apartment was super clean, very close to the main Sithonia road that you use to go to the beaches around, best supermarket is just around a corner. To Nikiti beach you need to walk maybe 10 minutes but if you are with a car you shouldn't care about that anyway. Furniture looks new, property is very well maintained, everything works in the apartment. Comfortable beds and pillows (couple of diferent sizes so you can choose what you like). Balcony is also very nice.

Only thing that we felt was missing is a shower curtain, but it's not a big deal.

Very nice and comfortable apartment

Very satisfied with everything. Comfortable apartment with nice big balcony. The kitchenette is new and well equipped. The bigger bedroom is very comfortable and the smaller one is fine. Super clean bed sheets. Actually everything there looks like new.

Convenient mini-hotel with good repair and good location.

Ergonomic rooms, cleanliness, regular cleaning and very welcoming hosts! The room is fully equipped with appliances.

The bed creaked a little, but the owners promised to fix it. A bit uncomfortable shower for us. The rest is all excellent!
