Tina was an awesome host, the condo was beautiful. 5-15 min drive from restaurants and historic sites. Definitely would stay again

Checkin instructions were very clear. Tina was easy to reach with questions. Included parking is great! Well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. We did have to contend with construction noise, but that’s life in the city. Quick Uber to Penn Medicine. We would definitely stay here again.

Tina was very accommodating, accessible and all around great host. Very happy to have the parking to come and go as we needed. Only issue was out of Tina's control, seems like Chestnut street traffic is super loud and crazy drag racing that could impact a restful night's sleep. I would stay here again.

My adult son and I stayed over the weekend to attend the Eagles game on 11/26. It was absolutely fabulous and perfect as we both had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was just perfect for our needs and having coffee for the morning was an extra bonus. Condo is perfectly clean and modern. Only thing that kept location from being 5 stars was the unit sits on busy Chestnut Street which does get 24 hour traffic. Thjs wasn't a big deal for us but I could see light sleepers having issues. If you want a great neighborhood, conveniently located in Philadelphia, don't hesitate to book this. I'm coming back twice in 2024 and plan to stay here again. Tina is an absolutely fabulous host and communication is first class.

What a luck that we pick up a perfect place to stay . The apartment is very pretty, spacious and location is very centric from the wedding venue, we were attending. Close to a lot restaurants. We will definitely stay in the future. Thank you Tina

The condo was extremely clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The coffee/tea and creamer were a nice touch. The beds were comfortable with plenty of extra pillows and towels. The roof top patio was great - a nice place to enjoy a coffee in the morning. The garage was a huge plus! Communication with Tina was great from begining to the end of the trip.We would not hesitate to book again.

Place was very clean, spacious, and just like the pictures posted on the listing. Tina was very responsive to any questions we had. In my opinion the best part was the included parking in the garage. After seeing a bunch of stuff in the city (and paying a good amount for parking) the last thing you want to do after a long day is have to search for a parking space on the street. The only thing that I wish the place had was curtains on the windows instead of the "sun shade" type of blinds because as soon as the sun came up in the morning the light was so bright, but that's just a personal preference and might not effect everybody. I'd definitely stay again if I'm ever in Philly.

We booked this condo for a weekend stay for a Springsteen concert. The concert was postponed but decided to make the trip and go sightseeing in Philly. This location was great! It's about 15 minutes to the sports stadiums, and about 15 minutes to all the other attractions in Philadelphia. It has a few places to eat within walking distance as well so the location was ideal. The condo was exactly as described with everything needed. We did not need to bring anything because Tina had the condo fully stocked with coffee, tea, creamers etc. She was very easy to get in touch with and love how she gave us specific check in and check out instructions. When the concert is rescheduled, we will definitely be back. Thanks Tina for a great stay!

This a great place to stay. Clean and modern accommodations, many amenities included such as k-cups coffee pods for Keurig, stacked washer/dryer, rooftop terrace, and many more items. It is very close to the points of interest in the Philadelphia area. Highly recommend a stay in this location.

Came to town for the Brewers series and to see the Historical sites. Very well situated for all of this and close by. Indoor parking was the greatest plus. Saved a lot of hassle I determined as Philly parking is a task. Even with all the construction going on, Wes still very peaceful. Tina was very prompt with replies and helpful. Would definitely have this as our #1 choice if ever return to Philly. Thanks Tina, had a great stay.

Tina is an amazing host/property manager. My boyfriend and I cound not have asked for more during our stay. The property is nice and clean, and the windows for the natural light is amazing. The kitchen is stocked with amenities and supplies that allows you the opportunity to cook a meal when needed. It felt like home away from home. She provided clear, easy to follow check in and out instructions, that made the process easy. We had a great time at the property and enjoyed our stay in Philly for our 1st couples trip.

A friend of mine and I came to catch some baseball games in Philadelphia and this property was just right for us. The unit was clean and had everything that we needed. Locating and entering the property was a bit confusing, primarily because of construction in the immediate area, but was a breeze once we got in the 1st time. Would stay here again.

Everything was just fine. The unit was pretty well stocked except a pizza pan. Neighborhood was full of construction which began daily around 5-6am but this is not the owner’s fault. Overall, a great place to stay!

My stay at Tina’s flat was outstanding. I would definitely return to this rental in the future. Her place is very clean and well-appointed. The furnishings are right-sized and comfortable. She has done an excellent job of choosing the right piece for the job, such as beds with storage drawers or the coffee table with extra seating tucked underneath. The beds and linens were crazy comfortable. The entire apt. is flooded with natural light from large windows, but also equipped with black-out blinds that allow filtered light in while providing privacy. Kitchen had everything we needed for light bit of cooking. The roof terrace is very nicely furnished and a lovely reprieve. The building is quiet. The elevator is nice. The bonus is secured parking, inside the building! Tina was excellent with communication. She provided detailed, clear instructions for entry, rules, and check out. She was also communicative with any minor concerns I had. Importantly, as my stay was while my husband was being treated @ HUP, she was very kindly flexible as we needed to extend our stay unexpectedly. I really appreciated that. There is a fair amount of construction in close proximity, though it did not bother us. The neighborhood was walkable and there are lots of options for eating nearby. There is also a CVS, a grocery, and a Fine Wine and Good Spirits all within easy walking distance. Also, we enjoyed great counter service pizza, wings, and Greek from Evans Pizza nearby. Overall, an excellent experience.

Our stay was an excellent experience!! We would highly recommend this VRBO. The apartment was very clean and attractive. The check-in process was easy and the owner was quick to respond to messages. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay here again on our next visit. Loved it!!

Three women in our late twenties stayed here for a weekend in February 2023. The property was clean, very modern, and accurate to its description. The on site parking is a secured parking garage under the apartment building. This was an excellent amenity since most of the city was two hour street parking. We would consider staying here again if we visited the area on other occasions!
