Nestled in Wildernest, this attractive condo for $120 per night is a great option for your next trip. Summit County License #STR20-00167 Now is the time to reserve your ski getaway to Summit County! Watch wildlife from the sunny south-facing windows and breathe the fresh mountain air in this spacious, family-friendly 2-bedroom condo. Easy access to all the amenities of Summit County: six world-class ski resorts within 45 minutes, tubing and cross-country skiing at Frisco Adventure Park, and thousands of acres of national forest trails and the Eagle's Nest Wilderness. Shopping at Silverthorne outlets 5 minutes away. Great restaurants and breweries nearby! Take advantage of the excellent public transportation throughout Summit County from the convenient bus stop steps away. This 2-bedroom condo sleeps up to 6 guests in 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, a loft bed, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There are 2 full bathrooms, including a newly remodeled primary bathroom, and a washer and dryer in the condo. The fridge and pantry are stocked with basics. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail from the private deck and watch wildlife such as moose, ermine, and lots of birds in a peaceful forest setting. While pets are not for permitted for renters, we do bring our dog to the condo so please be aware there could be pet dander if you are allergic. We follow Summit County guidelines for cleaning protocols. The unit is sanitized after every guest. In addition, there is no exchange of air with other units. WE DO NOT PERMIT SMOKING OR VAPING IN THE CONDO. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT IF YOU SMOKE ANYTHING IN OUR CONDO. This unit has a Responsible Agent, whose chief purpose is to respond to an external complaint submitted to the local government regarding the renter's stay in this unit. If the local government receives a complaint about the renter and it contacts the Responsible Agent, the renter will be charged for the Responsible Agent's response with a cost of a $35 flat fee plus $100 per hour charged in 6-minute increments until the complaint is resolved. We welcome all guests to enjoy this piece of paradise and encourage BIPOC and LGBTQ+ folx to stay. This condo has a lot of steps and may not be comfortable for people with some disabilities but please contact us for more information.

The property is very clean and very well stocked. The layout was also perfect for a family of 4. We stayed here to ski at Keystone and Breckenridge and the condo is positioned roughly in between these resorts. It is a bit further of a drive than we expected due to how the roads are laid out. However, for the price you won't find a better deal near the slopes and there is a lot to do in the surrounding areas. We would definitely stay here again for a ski trip.

This was our first vrbo experience and it was a positive one. Sweet spot. Great layout. Property manager was thoughtful in making sure needs were met. We have 2 in our party who have pet allergies and I may have mistaken "no pets" to mean there hadn't been pets in the space, but there had been. Live and learn. Recommend this spot to others.

Beautiful condo and location, very peaceful and gorgeous views! We saw a moose in the back yard, that was special. Fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, plenty of fans and blankets, bathrooms were stocked with lots of room to put personal items. A great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean. The newly remolded master bath was very nice. (Liked all the shelving in there to put our personal items on). Location was great. Would stay again.

The condo was pleasant and sunny with a nice view out from the balcony. We were able to walk to two hiking trails and avoid parking limitations. Kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay.

Condo was among lots of other vacation condos and the neighborhood was quiet over the Labor Day weekend. Beautiful scenery all around. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and it was nice to have two bathrooms. Everything worked, and there were enough pots and pans in the kitchen if someone wanted to cook. Overall a nice stay and we would rent again.

Convenient location in Silverthorne, 2.5 miles up a mountain. We stayed for five nights the end of July during a heat wave. No central air conditioning, so it was warm at night even with fans in the bedroom windows. Condo was clean and well stocked with the basics. This is not a ground floor unit; you take two flights of stairs down to the entrance to the unit. (challenging with large suitcases) Beautiful views; moose were spotted off back deck in the early morning. Short walking distance to two trail heads. Master bedroom is small, but king bed is firm and comfortable. Family of four; including a 20 year old and 15 year old boy all had a good time visiting with family in the area and enjoying the sights.

We enjoyed the location, this condo was close to hiking trails and there was wildlife around. It was also close enough to town for activities and restaurants. The condo was clean and had everything you would want. We messaged a question to the owner and got a quick, helpful response.

We so enjoyed our week stay here. Condo was just like home. Very clean, comfortable beds, stocked cooking items in kitchen, soaps, shampoos, plenty of towels, toilet paper, fans etc. The balcony had wonderful views of the mountains and forest. Quick communication with host. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Great spot!

Checking into the property was very easy. The place had everything we needed and plenty of space. It was a great location and close to multiple mountains for skiing. We had a great trip!

Amazing views
Condo has amazing views of the mountains. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is very nicely decorated and more spacious than you would imagine by looking at the pictures alone. We love the nights that we spent there and wish we had booked it for longer

The condo is very close to the top of Ryan Gulch Rd next to 2 trailheads so we enjoyed hiking and it had a pretty view from the balcony. There was a lot of snow right before we arrived so we were unable to use the covered parking the first night but worked it out later. The Property Mgr was very responsive to our questions before and during our stay.

The Condo and it’s location was a great launching pad for everything we wanted to do. Mt evans, rafting, Loveland, Breckinridge etc. as well as being very close to the supercharger location, as this was our first long EV trip. we had a great time, can’t wait to return.

Family Summer Vacation
The property was clean an in an excellent location for hiking! Our family enjoyed hitting the trailheads that are within a block of the condo. Morning coffee on the deck was great relaxation with countless chipmunks, hummingbirds, and a fox. Timely responses from the owner answered any and all questions. This was a great place for our family to relax and enjoy the vacation!

We’ve been coming here for New Years for the past 5 yrs, and this was the first time we saw not 1 but 5 moose right from the balcony. They came through 2 days in a row!! The condo was great and exactly like the pictures! It was stocked with everything we needed to make meals. The gas fireplace was nice to relax by after a day on the slopes and heated the place nicely. The beds were comfy! Check in was a breeze and Rachel promptly answered any questions we had. Cant wait to get back!!!

We so enjoyed our stay for our weekend of skiing at Keystone! The unit is beautiful with gorgeous views. Everything was super clean. The kitchen was well appointed, beds were comfortable and the deck was great!
