Nestled in Saint James, this charming condo for $140 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Special January and February rates are available upon request. This is a great opportunity to rent this freshly, decorated, immaculate two bedroom, two bath Club Villa that sports a beautiful golf course view from a private screened porch. Master bedroom has a king-size bed with a view of the golf course; second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a twin bed. Second bedroom also has a breakfast bar, microwave and full bathroom. The villa is equipped with wireless, high speed internet and cable television. A washer and dryer is a great amenity in this villa. The living room sofa converts to a queen bed. Seven people can be accommodated for dining together and making the fondest memories. Screened porch is furnished and a great place to enjoy morning coffee from the Keurig or a relaxing meal. If the temperature is comfortable, some guests have been known to sleep on the recliner located on the screened porch. Nice swimming pool with poolside furniture, a restroom and changing area less than 100 yards away. Because of its beautiful views and its quiet, central location, St. James is rated one of top Coastal Communities in the Carolinas. It is a gated community with four manned access points. There is a marina on the intra-coastal waterway with dockside dining, coffee shop/grocery, restaurants, boat launching and and daily and overnight docking. There are, parks, walking/biking trails, condo swimming pool and oceanfront private beach house with swimming pool located minutes away on Oak Island. Rental of the villa includes use of beach chairs and beach toys. Please see the link below for more information on St. James. Southport is just minutes away and is a historic fishing village known for its annual Independence Day festival, King Mackerel fishing tournament, antique and boutique shops, great seafood and beautiful sunsets. Charter fishing trips and sailing are available in Southport. You can rent a kayak and explore the nearby marsh channels. Both Wilmington (30 minutes) and Myrtle Beach (one hour) are easily reached by car. The property does have an external security camera viewing the front door.

Great location, very nice, clean condo. Teresia is a wonderful host with quick responses. The view of the golf course is somewhat blocked by trees and shrubs, but the porch is lovely, very serene and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Everything about the condo was very nice, clean and great location. That said, the air conditioning did not work well at all. Per the instructions, the sliding glass doors were closed while the AC was on.

Nice condo with everything we needed for a weekend getaway with my family. My kids enjoyed the community pool which was within walking distance. And the short 10 minute drive to the beach was nice. Definitely recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at at James very much. The condo is clean, bright and was very easy to live in. The beach club with the pool on the beach was amazing! You just need to know: they didn’t provide a way to park in the parking lot for st James at the beach club, so you have to pay for street parking, which cost us $20/day. That was expensive! But everything else was completely pleasant.

This updated condo had all the amenities and space a family of four could need for a vacation. The location was extremely convenient for visiting with family in Oak Island, Southport, and St. James. Beds were very comfortable, and the living area had ample space. We also enjoyed the pool in the community. Thank you to Theresia for excellent communication, too!

The property was spectacular. We were under the impression from photos we were closer to the beach but nonetheless it was a great location. Quite until the last night of our stay. Would definitely stay again.

The whole experience from making the reservations to checkout was seamless. My family was here celebrating my early birthday as well as my twin son and daughter's birthdays, which are on the same day (June 8th). But we had to come over Memorial Day weekend for work reasons. Condo was absolutely beautiful and very roomy! The only downside was it rained everyday that we were here, and we didn't get to go to the beach until the day we left. But God is good all the time regardless of the weather! My favorite thing about coming to Oak Island is to see the lighthouses, which I got to do and climb both of them! Jesus is my Lighthouse, and He guides me everyday, which is what the lighthouse does for the ships at sea. I am beyond grateful for my vacation!!!

Overall we enjoyed our stay and thought the condo looked like the photos although the bed could have been more comfortable and I found a dead roach in the kitchen. Having stayed in these condos before what I really appreciated was having the second bedroom as those "lookout" units are usually rented separately and you can typically hear each other.

The Villa was immaculate and spacious enough for our family of 6....the owner was very responsive and even shipped us back to stuffed animals that our 5 yr old left behind. We enjoy quiet time on the screened porch overlooking the golf course, family game nights at the dinning table, pool time right outside the unit, and beach time which was just a short drive to the St. James Beach Club. Perfect family getaway to Southport/Oak Island.

It was exactly as described, the owner could not have been more kind, responsive and helpful. The condo was clean, well-stocked, and plenty of room. The pool and beach club were great and made it so easy to relax and unwind. We will be back!

The property is beautiful and the complex is in a very nice area. The rooms are furnished nicely and have a high quality feel. The only mishap we encountered was the oven. In trying to bake a cake, the oven smoked horribly. I’m assuming there was leftover food or oil burnt on the bottom from a previous renter. We would have liked more thorough cleanliness, but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We just needed a place to stay a couple of days to check out local restaurants. This condo is very nice in a gated community that is very well kept. One of our favorite things about it was the screened in porch to relax in the evening without fear of insects.
