Location, location, location! We loved being able to take a short trail walk (with beautiful creek) to Sugar Resort to snowboard and ice skate. Very comfortable and cozy condo cabin. Will be back again!

Real nice cabin. Close to the slopes. Few minor issues the owner took care of. The trail to the slopes is the need of repair. I very comfortable and cozy place to stay.

There were 9 of us total and we had more than enough room. The loft was perfect for kids and unit was well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfy. They even had tons of fun games. We will definitely be booking this until again.

We were due to check out and a winter storm dumped 12 inches of snow making it impossible to leave. The unit was rented for that day, but the owner was able to allow us to stay one more day in which we were able to leave.

We loved staying at this property for New Year's weekend and Sean was amazing! Even though we had a bit of trouble with GPS getting us to the location we were able to contact him very quickly and he helped us out. The property was the perfect space for us (we were two families of 4 (2 adults/2 kids each)) and definitely beat staying at a hotel with all it's amenities. There is a walk way that gets you directly to the slopes, tubing and ice skating. We ended up extending one more night just to get the snow storm that was coming and the views...Oh my! The views!!! Just breathtaking!!! Everything covered in white was so spectacular to see! The kitchen was pretty well equipped with all the essentials. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Sugar Mountain Resort, you wont regret it!!

The dryer is not vented to the outside, but into the downstairs bedroom. This makes this bedroom have an odor and humid.

Overall we were very pleased with our stay! A few little bumps in the road but Sean’s communication with us was fantastic. The location was perfect- a short walk to the slopes made it super easy to come back for lunch breaks. We can’t wait to return to Sugar Mountain!

This condo was perfect for our group. We went to Sugar Mountain to do some downhill mountain biking and hiking. Location was great, the outside deck was nice to hang out on. They had lots of games for the kids and the loft was perfect for our 10 year olds. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed for cooking. Communication with our host was great. We will definitely be back!

Sean was great. He was very prompt on responding to me. We had a scheduling issue that requires us to be at Sugar a day early and he was able to accommodate us. Overall the place had everything we needed with the right amount of beds and enough space for all. We were there for a mnt biking race and our pit set up was a 3 min walk through the woods. Great location. If u want to be close to the base of the mountain lodge. This is the best location.

Great spot! Close to the lodge and tubing so you don't have to fight for parking, enough space for the whole family. Everything was clean as well which was nice!

Our room was perfect for us. A short walk to the ski slopes. And a short drive to town. We had a great time

The owner was WONDERFUL never had such a great experience in all my renting with VRBO. Good location, clean, will definitely rent again!!

Check in/out process was very simple and easy. Place was lovely and had everything we needed. I know these buildings are old and some of the other units we've stayed at had those old moldy smells and old furnitures. This unit was so clean and didn't have those old smells. We stayed very cozy and comfy the whole time. Very short walk to ski lode, even my 3 year old did well waking ^^

The condo was perfect! The beds were comfy. The kitchen was clean and had new appliances. The walk over to the ski resort made the trip! So convenient! Didn’t have to fight the traffic - just walked right past it and up to the condo.

We enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and very accessible to the resort.

We stayed in Sugar Mountain for a long weekend to find our Christmas tree. This property worked well for our family. Three nice size bedrooms and a loft for kids. Well stocked and clean. There was no snow, but the kids enjoyed ice skating, and we could watch them from the porch. Great weeekend!
