Nice apartment in a gated facility right in front of the beach. Comes with a large pool and a kite launch area. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine so you could do your laundry at home which is somewhat rare in Cumbuco. It's some five minutes outside of the center of the village thus the ocean isn't too crowded with kitesurfers which is a plus.

Only thing we didn't really like were the bracelets that they gave us at the entrance. We looked like we're coming from a festival for a week.
