The kitchen is pretty equipped for cooking meals. Washer and dryers are very useful

Night time upstairs people running around. And outside the room windows are a lot of bugs at night, even with flies blind closed up they are able to fly in. The request to split the rubbish makes it a bit of headache we tried our best so hopefully we sorted it at least 70% correctly.

Comfortable apartment with all you need except some "details" listed above. Excellent equipment. Almost clean. Smooth communication with manager. Good location between ekimae and market. It was quiet despite the street nearby.

One of the bedroom sheet might have not been changed. Some hair remaining and a small trace of blood. Only one thin towel for the stay. No hand towel in the kitchen, toilet or bathroom at all. We had to buy two! No shoehorn in entrance. No sponge to wash dishes. It may be little details you won't notice if you stay overnight but I found all of the missing stuff in every apartment I've already rented in Japan so far.

Clean, compact and modern design house. The house is cosy like at home, can wash clothes and cooking.

Will be great if there is YouTube or other English shows in TV. Some sound on the bed when turning.

The apartment has full facilities such as washer, dryer, cleaning agents, and even coffee and tea bags! 2 toilets and 1 shower makes it convenient for big groups. Nice view of the snow mountain right outside the apartment.

Superb location!

I doubt they change the linens for new guests. Blood stains on the pillow cases, and the bedsheet didn't feel clean.

I was very disappointed when I arrive at the unit which to my horror it was totally not clean up after the last guest has left. We arrived at the unit at around 10pm which I have my 5 year old boy, when we check in to the unit we saw towel everywhere and also waste food was smelling over the whole house. The unit was not clean up at all and when I contact the customer service ask me to wait for 10 mins, when they didn’t even call back I called them, they didn’t even offer any solution. In the end I have to look for other hotel to stay over for that nite in Furano.

This house is very beautiful and clean, has two large bedrooms and two toilet, beautiful street view, we have a nice time. Every thing in the house is new. The location is in the center of city, we can walk 10 minutes to every mart or restaurant.

Very modern style, with everything needed for my stay (cooking stuff to avoid restaurants). Very clean and confortable. They even have cables to connect your devices to the TV. The instructions were sent in English and were very easy to follow. There’s a big supermarket near by as well. The parking area was confortable too. I will repeat if I have the chance.

The pillows were too big and hard for me, but that’s my taste :)

It was comfortable and clean. A good location not far from the station and stores and restaurants within walking distance.

Payment on booking.com was a little confusing because there is a pay at the property option which I selected, but instead the full amount was taken right at the time of booking.

I've stayed in apartment-style hostels before but what I like about this place is that the hosts were very detailed and clear with the directions on getting to the place and how to self-checkin. The property was very spacious and generously stocked with essential supplies.

Wifi seemed weak but overall, this place is fabulous!

Lovely modern apartments in a very central location in Furano - easy walk to shops and restaurants and there is undercover parking on site.

It was pretty hot in Furano while we stayed so we would have liked a lighter bedcover option - the winter weight duvets were a bit too cosy for us (we also couldn't find the remote for the air conditioning unit! ) Apart from that the apartment was very comfortable and spotlessly clean.

Location was near to the Station. and it is very quiet at night . Also, there is a nearby convenience store as well.

The location was good, the apartment itself is new and very nice. Self service check-in/out is great.

A bit treacherous getting in and out (ice) but that’s a side effect of the amazing Hokkaido snow.
