Inside the property was absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend it and the host . Communication was great and no hesitation in booking again. Don’t be put off by the initial look of the street outside as it doesn’t portray the quality inside .

Fantastic location. A short walk from the old town and all restaurants. Great to have a fridge and amenities to store some basic food items, you could cook on the hob but we didn’t. Coffee machine and kettle were great.

the apartment is clean, cozy and comfortable. It is well equipped and looks exactly like the photos. The location of the apartment is very good. It is just 8 mins walk from the old Town. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. Andrija is a great host. He is so attentive and so friendly. The communication is smooth and great. He provided lots of tips for traveling to Split and it was so informative. We have great time there and definitely will come back next time.

Property had everything we needed, all was modern and well kept but still charming and well thought out. The space was small but sufficient for a few days.

Be ready to walk up a steep hill on the way back from the city of Split. Totally doable but just a heads up. Although it’s easy to get to location via car/taxi which is great if you have luggage. The host was the BEST one of all of our stays and we stayed in 6 places while on our trip to Croatia

The apartment was lovely and very tastefully renovated. The bad and pillows were so comfortable it was difficult to get out of bed! Andrija is a brilliant host and always on hand to help if required. Location was very close to the old town but also very quiet. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend the apartments for anyone visiting Split.

Andrija was a fantastic host and the room was well-appointed. Andrija was always available via WhatsApp and was so helpful in everything from booking taxis to printing out football tickets. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was designed well. Great shower too! The unit is less than a ten minute walk to Old Town which was very convenient.

The room is a bit small for two people so space could be a bit tight at times.

Although the appartement is located in a busy street (at day time), it had perfect sound proofing from any outside noises. The appartement itself is very clean and newly renovated with quality materials, also foreseen from all that is needed. Access is with provided key card, although the host did his best to meetup, we didn't had the chance to do so. The host still provided me with tons of tips and was always available for any required assistance. Also the owner treated us wit a very good bottle of wine.

Don't really have negative points, but if I have to say some...Water may run outside the rainshower area. Did hear some of the other appartement doors closing up at times.

Location was a short 7 min walk to old town walls. Area was safe and well lit. Room was very clean and had a fridge which was handy. Host was very helpful with suggestions for trips and dinging etc

Well located - close to center & seaside - - all activities & restaurants in few minutes walk. Andrea is a very caring host with lot of attention to detail - made all efforts to guide us to places to eat / visit and activities.

A clean, modern studio with everything that we could have needed for our trip to Split. We also received fantastic recommendations from our host.

Andrija arranged our transportation from the airport and met us at the apartment. He provided lots of recommendations from tours to restaurants and all his suggestions turned out great. He took the time to explain everything to us and was very kind. The newly renovated apartment was in a fantastic location and had everything we needed for our stay. It took an easy 7-10 minute walk to the Old town, the RIVA and the ferry when it was time to leave. The bed was super confortable and the shower was great. If we come back to Split we would absolutely stay here again.

Great location very close to the old town, apartment safe and secure, nicely decorated in stone walls, very kind and helpful owner, easy to find parking for free in the neighborhood.

Everything was excellent, the room is very nice and comfortable. It has everything you need. Location is excellent, near supermarkets, bus terminal, restaurants, touristic spots, port and bars. Everything is within walking distance. The host was very helpful in every aspect. He gave us a list with great tips for restaurants, tour agencies and transport. I strongly recommend staying at this place and will definitely come back.

The host Andrija was wonderful and very attentive. He was extremely helpful and easy to contact. He provided us with plentiful recommendations and organised a taxi transfer to the airport without hesitation. The apartment is beautiful and super modern. It is in an ideal location and within a short walking distance to the centre. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.
