The project includes updating the tile and staircases, concrete repair, and waterproofing of the buildings. Due to this project, you can expect to see construction crews on-site, scaffolding, and partial door or window coverings. The work is taking place from January until September, with different buildings being worked on during this time. Work takes place from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Saturday. You will hear noise during this construction period. Discounts will not be offered during this time. Please call our office in advance for the combination. Check-In is 5 pm. On Saturdays we may experience slight unavoidable delays, we ask for your patience in this regard. We do not guarantee a 5 pm check-in. No refund will be given for check-in’s that occur later than 5 pm. We do not allow or guarantee early check-in either. Early check-ins may require an additional fee. Your driver’s license or state ID must be presented at time of check-in.
