This 3rd floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo offers views of palm trees, white sand and the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The view is picturesque and the sunsets spectacular. This condo is 1300 sq. ft., non-carpeted, and is on the 3rd floor.It has a king, 1 twins, 1 full, sleeper. It has a large living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen ( all appliances), lanai. It has tile floors, granite counters and is very well maintained. It has 3 tvs, dvd and free Wi-Fi in the unit! This attractive complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, courtyard with shuffleboard. There is a recreation room with pool, ping pong, air hockey. There is also a large heated swimming pool. The unit has central heat and a/c. There are many shops, restaurants and things to do in the area. Busch gardens/Adventure Island is one hour away and Disney/Epcot is 2 1/2 hours away. This is our 5th time staying at Island House. We've NEVER been disappointed. We're beginning to think they even control the weather while we're here! We've stayed in every building, now, and each one has a terrific view, is always clean and the beach is never crowded.

A week at the Beach

This rental was one of four rented from Island House for the week of June 10 - 17, 2023. We found the Condo to be everything that one could expect. The view of the beach was beyond description. The kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas were exceptional. When we arrived, found the areas to be clean and completely ready to receive guests.

Our 2022 Stay at 13 North at Island House

This was our family's 12th time visiting Siesta Key in Sarasota, and I believe our 10th time staying at Island House. We've been coming here for about 20 years. Island House is a wonderful vacation experience, especially 13 North. It's our favorite. The apartment is clean, modern, comfortable and very conveniently located to the beach. Island House is also very conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, groceries, etc. We can't wait to return.

Great location on the beach

This was our second year at The Island House ( and we’ve booked already for next year). It’s a very nice property and the beach is just a few steps from our door. Our unit is comfortable and comes with plenty of amenities (like a Keurig coffee maker). We bring or buy food for most meals but the “downtown “ Siesta Key restaurants are just a couple miles away.. and Sunny is a wonderful front man.

Amazing Stay!

Amazing Stay!

This was the perfect place for my family vacation. I stayed with my family and my sister and her family were directly across the hall from me. With the private elevator it felt like we just had our own private floor. The condo had everything we needed. It was very clean, convenient to the beach, and tons of space. I can’t say enough about the stay. I hope to come back and rent the same condo again.

We’ve been coming to the IH for 8 years. We decided to stay for 6 weeks! Heaven on earth. The apartments are great! The staff is delightful and incredibly responsive, Scott, Jan, Barris, and Tebow make for an easy visit! I encourage you to stay at IH for a wonderful vacation! Don’t mind my cleanliness review. I’m a super OCD neat freak. So no place, other than my own home, would measure up. :)

The place was wonderful the office let us get in early so we didn't loose a day at the beach. The only thing that needs attention is the screens and door on the lanai. Screens are loose and door is very hard to open and close. We would stay here again. Very pleased.

This place was everything and more! The accommodations were perfect and the view from every unit is amazing! I will recommend this place and will be coming back again. The beach was beautiful! Loved that we never had a problem getting beach chairs at all throughout the day. The grounds were very clean. A+ to property managers and owners! Thanks for the great week!!

Great spot on the sand. Amenities in the unit were good and we appreciated the easy access to washer/dryer. Unit was clean and plenty of space. Master suite was good, and second bedroom and full bath also good. A little tight for 6 adults (which it advertises). Had a few issues upon arrival, some of which were stated to be from the previous tenant, and some should have been handled before our arrival. Management company was quick to respond and polite. Feel free to spray for cockroaches more frequently. Coming from the north, not used to seeing that on the kitchen counter.

We have come to Siesta Key every other year for the last 20 years and this is the 5th or 6th consecutive we have stayed at Island House. The beach is amazing, the location is perfect, and the people are are always helpful and friendly. We stayed in 13N this time and love the views, especially the screed in porch!
