This location was great as it was near restaurants, Broadway at the Beach and walking trails. So disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo! The carpets were very dirty, baseboards in bathrooms were covered with dust and the fans looked like they had never been cleaned. This condo had a cleaning fee. We wondered how that fee was spent!!

Great location in Myrtle Beach

I am a snowbird from New Jersey and this is my third winter getting out of the snow and cold weather. I generally stay at Myrtlewood Villas as it's close and convenient to everything from grocery store to restaurants, Broadway at the Beach, entertainment and more. This unit overlooks one of the golf courses. Except for a few minor issues, everything has been terrific. Management has been responsive to any questions or needs I have and alert me as to when I have mail to pick up.

I have been a "snowbird" to get out of the winter cold, snow and wind and have found the Myrtlewood Villas on 17 Bypass to be an excellent location. Property manager was responsive to my needs and had virtually no issues. This condo unit overlooks the golf course and is convenient to shopping, entertainment and restaurants. I've been here three winters and will be back.

This is the third year I have stayed at Myrtlewood Villas. I like the area because of its convenience to so many things from shopping, entertainment, restaurants, the beach, etc. This particular unit overlooks one of the two golf courses here.

Truly a relaxing experience. Was a little disappointed that it was not thoroughly cleaned, since someone had just checked out prior to our arrival. There was not any odor of cleaning products used nor noticeable. The balcony furniture needs attention. When I spoke with management, he had an excuse for my concern regarding cleaning. We are being very careful with our precautions. Otherwise, my family enjoyed everything about this condo. It is in a convenient location. Very quiet and loved using Door Dash for food deliveries. Privacy was great and yes I would visit again.

A beautiful 2-hole view of the Myrtlewood Pine Hills. A possibility to hit balls all month at little cost. A jovial staff at the golf club. Experience to be redone in future years.
