Property Description Guests: 7 / Bedrooms: 3 / Bathrooms: 2 / Community: Vista Cay / Type: Condo This stylish, all new condo offers 2000+ sf of luxury in a gated resort just off elegant Universal Blvd and only minutes from al the parks and attractions and walking distance to the Convention Center. It is directly next to the main Pool and Clubhouse - a highly sought after location. It is sure to exceed your expectations! This spacious layout includes 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and a cosy den. The open plan living features a counter-height dining table and bar stools along the granite breakfast bar, comfortable seating area with 55” Smart TV and a handy desk. The cook can chat with guests while preparing a meal in our fully equipped top of the line kitchen equipped for quick snacks to gourmet dining. The condo comfortably sleeps 7 guests (9 including small children). The master bedroom features a king size bed with a fabulous $3000 mattress, top quality linens and 32” flat screen TV. The huge en-suite bathroom features his and hers double vanities, oversized soaking tub, large walk in shower and privacy WC. A private guest wing has a King size bed and 2 small double beds in the third bedroom. 32” flat-screen TVS and overhead fans in all bedrooms. Just beyond the living area is a fully furnished lanai - the perfect spot to unwind after a hectic day and watch the beautiful Florida sunsets. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit so pack light and fill your suitcases with shopping bargains! Free high speed, secure WiFi Free calls within North America Free secure parking in front of the building The building is serviced by 2 large elevators. Despite its fabulous location, just minutes from everything, you may never want to leave this beautiful condo with so many small personal touches make it feel like a home, not a rental. The perfect choice for families or business travelers. Vista Cay resort offers a state of the art clubhouse, 2 heated resort pools and 2 giant hot tubs, multi level sun decks, a gym, games room, business center and a lakeside trail ideal for a stroll or early morning jog. On the edge of the resort is a large supermarket (Publix), drug store Walgreens, shops and casual restaurants. Lin and Geoff are based on the resort and always available to help with any issues or to share local insider knowledge.
