This spacious 1-bedroom condo has 500 sq ft of living space & a huge lanai of 120 sq ft. The condo has a Queen bed and sofa sleeper in the living area. The kitchen has been renovated and updated with full size appliances to provide you with the comforts of your home kitchen while traveling. Wake up & spend your mornings on your private lanai, enjoying watching the sun rise on the east. Come home after a long day of exploring the islands and relax on your lanai. The views you'll get from the condo are stunning & unforgettable! Cable TV & FREE high speed internet access with password protected WIFI. You can end your week with Friday night fireworks off the lagoon, watching them from your private lanai. Beach Access? The walkway ramp from the hotel lobby leads directly to the Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon & the famous Waikiki beach! You'll be on the beach and in the sand in minutes! Gaze toward the glittering blue waters & white sandy beaches. You'll be able to watch the famous south shore surf breaks & exquisite sunsets over the Ala Wai Yacht Harbor. The Ilikai Hotel is well known as being the backdrop for the original Hawaii 5-0 television show. Located at 1777 Ala Moana Boulevard, the Ilikai Hotel is right around the corner from the Hawaii Convention Center, Ala Moana Shopping Center and-of course-the famous Waikiki Beach. There are coin-operated laundry facilities on each floor. Security is on property 24/7. Parking is available for an additional cost of $45/day, valet only or you can park at a nearby garage for $28/day. (Rates subject to change without advance notice). This building is perfect for snowbirds looking for an escape during the winter months, workers on temporary assignment, or residents relocating to Honolulu for work as the condos are fully furnished & ready for move in. Waikiki's large, white-sand beaches are minutes away. Ala Moana Beach Park is just a five-minute saunter away. World-renowned Ala Moana Shopping Center is only a ten-minute walk. There's also an abundance of night life in Waikiki! Hungry? Cinnamon's at the Ilikai is located in the lobby & the perfect spot for you to enjoy their famous Guava Chiffon pancakes or Kalua Pig Benedict. Aroma Café offers high quality Italian coffee and great breakfast bagels, sandwiches and snacks. There is also Ku'ai Market, a convenience store that has hot/cold food, drinks, snacks and more! The condos are privately owned & constructions and/or other building shut downs may occur during your stay. Owners unfortunately have no control over the outside work and noise. The work hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM, no weekends or holidays. We feel most guests will feel little to no impact on construction as many travelers are out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping or partaking in other activities on Oahu during these hours.
