The pictures tell the story, simple as

This is perfect for a certain type of person. Quiet, residential neighborhood, but even in 95 F could walk to upscale restaurants, sushi, very good Leb/Syrian takeout, Theater museum. I'm sure in spring and fall, the 20+ minute walk to the shore is very pleasant and worthwhile without suffocating. Not really doable in the summer heat, so you need a car, but if you're staying here you already have one. Also a great place if you need to get some work done, solid wifi. It's a place to relax and catch up on Netflix and Prime if you want to stay in after a long day. The pictures tell the story, you can see for yourself. Easy check-in.

Nothing. This is not a negative, just beware: if you're in town to go clubbing every night, this is probably not the place for you. Also, there's a microwave and hotplate, but not the best place for cooking big meals; hey, if you're on holiday, why bother? Go to a great Limassol restaurant and put the leftovers in the fridge and heat them the next day. Even the "negatives" are positive!

Clear instruction from the owner about entering the apartment. Cosy place with a small garden. Sea is approx 30 min away, bars/restaurants approx 15-20 min away

Great place to stay, perfect for a couple.

The studio was very cozy, and most importantly, clean. Checking in and out was made very easy and the hosts provided a very thorough yet concise guide on the facilities in the studio, tips, and recommendations. Quiet neighborhood, easy to reach by car.

Parking instructions were a bit unclear as many cars in the street were partly parked on the curb (yet it shouldn't be allowed?). But finding a parking spot usually wasn't really an issue.

Very nice host and good location

Very nice hosts and good location to everything. It's nice to have a backyard on your own. The check in and out is super flexible. I can recommend to stay here.

The floor was a bit cold due to the time of the year I assume. Otherwise nothing was missing.

Comfortable and cozy apartments with cute terrace. Location is nice it is quiet and not to far from the sea. Apartment equipped with everything you needed and very clean. Host is very helpful and friendly.

Exceptional

That was a perfect place for our short stay in Limassol. The apartment is not big, but it's got everything you need – tv, fridge, coffee machine, sink, good wi-fi. All the furniture looks new. Since we were in December, we really appreciated the towel radiator in bathroom. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to any requests. The apartment is located in a quiet district, it takes around 25-minute walk to the old town and Molos promenade.

Exceptional

The check-in was contactless. Great communication before the arrival, with a personalized page with all the necessary information about the stay. At the same time, the host was helpful and approachable. Great location. The apartment is very clean, modern and cozy (as suggested by the name), with little details that make a difference (coffee maker and universal plug wall socket with USB ports). The highlight was the private patio.
