Situated in Saint George Island, this attractive vacation rental for $105 per night is a great option for your next break.  Escape to this relaxing coast and disconnect from the city! This efficiency apartment is located in EastPoint, FL, the gateway to SGI! It is situated in the center of Franklin County which makes it an ideal spot to visit Apalachicola, St. George Island, or Carrabelle. It is nestled in a very quiet neighborhood in "The Forgotten Coast" of Florida and is surrounded by greenery.  The indoor space is small but cozy and comfortable, with a little relaxing living space on the bottom level also connected to a kitchenette. Basic appliances like a microwave, refrigerator, stove, toaster, coffee maker included. The upper level contains the sleeping area and bathroom. There is a queen and twin bed and separate bathroom with a full shower. Nice view of the Bay and the island, so you can fully disconnect and enjoy your vacation. Plenty of outdoor space for you to relax and enjoy the surrounding greenery. Enjoy your cozy retreat and we hope you stay again!

This property's driveway is immediately east of and adjacent to Coastal RV park EAST. It is a narrow drive. Watch for the address on the mailbox as the buildings sit back from the road. I rented this apartment for its proximity to a conference and its last minute availability. It is a basic, safe, and very clean apartment with a fully appointed kitchen. The on site owners are extremely accommodating and very nice people. There was no television, high speed internet, or WIFI although my iPhone (ATT) was fully functional on site. Bedroom and bath both upstairs. Rated a 4 for steep stair access & no television/WIFI.
